You know what surprised me most about Adriatik Lux Apartments? It actually lives up to that “lux” in the name – which honestly, I wasn’t expecting from an apartment-style place. When I first walked in, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about the details here. The lobby has this clean, modern feel without being cold or sterile, and the staff at check-in were genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions. I mean, they actually remembered my name the next day, which is pretty rare these days.

The apartments themselves are spacious in a way that makes you forget you’re staying somewhere temporary. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either – I actually ended up cooking breakfast a couple times because everything you need is there and works properly. The beds are comfortable (not too soft, not too firm), and the bathrooms have good water pressure, which… well, if you’ve traveled enough, you know that’s not always a given. What really got me though was the attention to lighting – there are enough lamps and fixtures that you’re not stuck with harsh overhead lights or trying to read by some dim bedside bulb. Small thing, but it makes a difference when you’re settling in for the evening.

The location works really well if you want to be close to things without being right in the thick of tourist chaos. You can walk to most places you’d want to go, but it’s quiet enough at night that you’ll actually sleep. Parking was straightforward too – not always easy to find, not ridiculously expensive. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals actually go about their business, so you get a better sense of the place rather than just seeing other travelers everywhere you look. I’d definitely come back here, especially if I was staying for more than just a quick weekend – the apartment setup makes longer stays feel natural rather than cramped. The 8.8 rating makes sense to me; it’s the kind of place that does the important stuff really well without trying too hard to impress you with flashy extras you don’t need.

  Fantastic apartments, located a few minutes walk from the main bus station in Budva
  Apartment was spacious, well cleaned, the bed was very comfortable.

  The location was good, near to the restaurants, bars, beaches and super markets. We liked the kitchen and find the furniture enough. Staff was so friendly. Room had a balcony with good view. There is a lovely coffee place right under the hotel. Me and my fiancée really loved the place and definitely will come again!

  wonderful apartments. We arrived at night, there were no problems with check-in. The reception opened and checked in quickly. clean, comfortable. cafes and shops nearby. to the central bus station – in Montenegro, to Bosnia, Albania and Croatia – 3 minutes on foot. on the last day we were allowed to stay 2 hours later. we recommend.

  Adriatik lux appartments is very nice place Modern, clean, comfortable, cozy.
  The stuff was very nice too. Kind and always ready to help with anything.

  1.The staff were very helpful and friendly, which is precious in Montenegro.
  2.There are plenty of shops and restaurants around, which is super convenient.
  3.The apartment we booked boasts a modest seaview and a spacious terrace.
  
  What could be improved: 1.Although the apartment looks pretty modern, there were brown kitchen ants in the kitchen area, which adds up to a certain taste of disgust. If you plan on cooking or storing some food, you should be prepared.
  2.Another thing, which might be subjective though, is the direct proximity to the fire station, which was right below the window.
  Mean no disrespect for the guys, please get me right, but every morning at 5 am the fire engines are being tested or serviced and it can get a little noisy or the smell of gas can reach your window.
  3. The public city beach which is the closest to the hotel is not so good so be prepared to walk to other ones, which might be a longer walking distance or take a cab
