Honestly, A&J Apartment caught me off guard in the best possible way. I’ll be straight with you – when I first saw the name, I was expecting something pretty basic, maybe even a little sketchy. But walking up to the place, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here. The entrance has that lived-in charm where you can tell locals probably walk by and nod approvingly, you know?

What really struck me was how the staff seemed to know their regulars by name – always a good sign in my book. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that corporate script nonsense. The woman at the front desk actually gave me real recommendations for dinner, not just the touristy spots but places where she’d take her own family. That 8.7 rating makes total sense once you’re inside; it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. The rooms have this comfortable, unpretentious vibe – clean lines, decent Wi-Fi (I tested it immediately, as you do), and honestly better coffee than I expected from the in-room setup. There’s something to be said for places that focus on getting the fundamentals right rather than flashy extras that break after a week.

I mean, look – this isn’t going to be your Instagram-famous boutique hotel with a rooftop infinity pool, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. The neighborhood has this authentic rhythm to it; you’ll hear real life happening outside your window, which I actually found kind of soothing after staying in too many sterile chain hotels. Parking was surprisingly manageable (and trust me, I’ve developed strong feelings about hotel parking situations), and the whole place just felt… sensible, I guess? Like it was designed by people who actually travel and know what matters when you’re trying to get a decent night’s sleep before exploring a new city. If you’re the type who values genuine hospitality over marble lobbies, A&J Apartment delivers exactly what those three stars promise – solid comfort without any pretense.

  Kedves házigazda, segítőkész volt. A konyha jól felszerelt.
  
  What could be improved: A közért raktárbejáratára néz az ablak. Reggel 6tól folyamatosan pakolnak, nagyon nagyon hangos. 🙁 Alatta egy képkeretező műhely, folyamatos zajjal. Kisgyerekeseknek nem ajánlom, akik még aludnának délben. Saját parkoló nincs az apartmanhoz, a közért parkolójában lehet megállni, ha van hely!
