Check-in was refreshingly smooth, none of that awkward hovering while they figure out their system. And here’s something I appreciated: the place maintains this calm atmosphere without being stuffy. You’ll hear conversation and gentle activity, but it never gets chaotic or feels like you’re staying above a construction site. The beds are properly comfortable too (I’m picky about this), with that goldilocks firmness where you don’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with the mattress all night.   Was a great place to stay in group, loads of space and the method used to build the place was very interesting. Everything was clean and accommodating although we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area and have a good experience of the surrounding due to the weather conditions however everything else was good.

  Large and great pool with nearby fridge and indoor bar – depth in the pool is approx 150 cm – perfect for youngsters and adults. 3 separated appartments great for 3 families. Friendly and most helpful hosts. Everything is clean. Necessary equipment in appartments. Rural location, no noise from surroundings, good privacy. Good hiking opportunities nearby.
  
  What could be improved: Missing air condition in some of the bedrooms, slightly remote from Budva downtown. Credit card payment not possible (wire transfer via bank, or cash – no problem for us). Wifi connection missing in parts of appartments, i.e. some of the bedrooms.

  The Villa was amazing! Everything was clean and the owners came by daily to check on us and clean the pool. They were really nice and helpful. They suggested an amazing Seafood Restaurant in Budva for us too. I would definitely go back there!

  Großes Haus. Der Pool und das Poolhaus sind unglaublich schön. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Der Kontakt mit der Managerin war super und die hat einem bei allem geholfen z.b. Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum
  
  What could be improved: In manchen Bädern war hin und wieder ein unangenehmer Geruch. Die Küchenausstattung ist was Teller und Besteck angeht für 16 Leute sehr knapp bemessen
