Everything’s been recently renovated, and the kitchen actually has proper appliances, not those tiny hotel-style setups that barely work. I spent a few mornings making coffee and planning my day from the little dining area, and it honestly felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which matters when you’re trying to upload those Montenegro sunset photos.

Location Perks

Here’s what I really appreciated about the location — you’re close enough to walk to Budva’s Old Town in about 10 minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the late-night party noise that can drive you crazy in the city center. The Komosevina area has this residential feel where you’ll see locals going about their daily routines, which gives you a more authentic slice of Montenegrin life. There’s a small market nearby where I grabbed fresh bread and local cheese, and honestly, those simple breakfasts on the balcony became one of my favorite parts of each day.

Practical Details

The parking situation is actually manageable here — not something you can say about most places in Budva during summer. I had a rental car and never stressed about finding a spot, which saved me both money and headaches. The building’s entrance feels secure, and the whole setup just works smoothly without any of those little annoyances that can pile up during a vacation. Air conditioning kept things comfortable even during those hot July afternoons, and the shower had proper water pressure — small things, but they matter when you’re unwinding after beach days.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how it strikes that perfect balance between independence and comfort. You get the space and freedom of having your own place, but with the reliability and cleanliness you want from a well-managed property. I can see why couples rate it so highly — there’s something romantic about having your own little Montenegro hideaway where you can cook dinner together and watch the sunset from your own space. The 9.2 rating makes complete sense once you experience how everything just works here without any drama or complications.

  The view is fabulous. Apartment was very nice furnished, wifi was working perfectly – also outside close to the pool. Kitchen was very well furnished as well, we didnt miss anything. You have to count that for the view u have to climb up to the hill and the way it’s a bit tricky also by car.
  
  What could be improved: Double beds had only one huge sheet and we prefer to have two single but there were extra sheets/ blankets, so we find the way. It might not be a problem for most of the people.

  Fantastyczny obiekt..chyba najwyżej położony w całej Budvie 🙂 Przez swoje położone -widok na morze i plażę spektakularny. Piekne panoramiczne okna, basen typu infinity..fantastyczny obiekt i opieka niezrównanej Julii
