You know what caught me off guard about ALTEZZA new apartments? The name makes it sound like some generic corporate housing, but honestly, this place has way more personality than I expected. I mean, it’s technically a 3-star property, but whoever’s running it clearly gives a damn – that 9.2 rating isn’t an accident.

First thing you notice walking in is how everything feels… well, actually new. Not that fake-renovated new where they slap fresh paint over old problems, but genuinely thoughtful new. The apartments have this clean, minimalist vibe without feeling sterile, and the kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped – like someone actually cooked in them before deciding what to include. I was expecting those tiny European fridges, but these are proper-sized, which honestly made my week-long stay so much easier. The beds are firm (thank god), and the blackout curtains actually work, which you’d think would be standard but… you know how it is.

What really sold me though was the little stuff that shows they pay attention. Check-in was smooth – no standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation.” The WiFi doesn’t mysteriously cut out every few hours like so many places. And the shower pressure? Actually decent, which feels like winning the lottery sometimes. The soundproofing is solid too – I was worried about street noise, but even with windows open you’re not dealing with constant traffic or late-night partying. The neighborhood itself feels residential and safe, the kind of area where you see people walking their dogs in the evening and local cafés that aren’t just tourist traps. There’s this little bakery about two blocks away that I stumbled onto – incredible pastries, and the owner actually remembered my order by day three.

Look, it’s not luxury – you’re not getting marble bathrooms or a concierge who knows your name. But for what it is, ALTEZZA delivers exactly what you want from an apartment-style stay. You get your own space, everything works like it should, and you’re not paying for a bunch of amenities you won’t use. The location feels authentically local without being inconvenient, and honestly, after staying in too many places that look great in photos but fall apart in reality, it’s refreshing to find somewhere that just… works well. If you’re the type who values substance over flash and wants a place that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, this hits the mark.

  The view is fabulous. Apartment was very nice furnished, wifi was working perfectly – also outside close to the pool. Kitchen was very well furnished as well, we didnt miss anything. You have to count that for the view u have to climb up to the hill and the way it’s a bit tricky also by car.
  
  What could be improved: Double beds had only one huge sheet and we prefer to have two single but there were extra sheets/ blankets, so we find the way. It might not be a problem for most of the people.

  It was a lovely property very clean and nice pool and Anjuta could not have been more helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately a new block of apartments was being built right next door and blocks the view of one window. Also it really isn’t an easy walk to/from the town or beach.

  Fantastyczny obiekt..chyba najwyżej położony w całej Budvie 🙂 Przez swoje położone -widok na morze i plażę spektakularny. Piekne panoramiczne okna, basen typu infinity..fantastyczny obiekt i opieka niezrównanej Julii
  
  What could be improved: W naszym apartamencie brakowało szklanek do soku/wody. Nie wpłynęło to jednak na ogólne wrażenie.
