You know what caught me off guard about AMD Premium rooms? The name honestly doesn’t do it justice – I was expecting something pretty standard, but this place actually feels more like a boutique hotel than your typical four-star setup. When I first walked in, there’s this immediate sense that someone put real thought into the design instead of just going with whatever was cheapest.

The rooms are genuinely impressive, and I mean that in the best way possible. Everything feels solid and well-maintained – the kind of place where you’re not constantly worried about weird stains or questionable plumbing. The beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong), and there’s enough space to spread out without feeling cramped. What really got me though was the attention to detail – proper lighting for reading, outlets where you need them, and bathrooms that don’t make you feel like you’re in a submarine. The whole place has this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, if that makes sense.

Budva itself is something else entirely – honestly, it’s one of those places that photographs well but is even better in person. You’re right in the heart of Montenegro’s coast here, and the Old Town is absolutely worth getting lost in for a few hours. The beaches are the real draw though, and let me tell you, they live up to the hype. What I love about AMD Premium’s location is that you’re close enough to walk to everything that matters, but far enough from the main party zones that you can actually get some sleep at night. During peak season (July and August, basically), things get pretty lively around here, but the hotel manages to stay relatively quiet – good windows, I guess. Parking can be a bit of a headache during busy times, but honestly, that’s true anywhere decent in Budva. The check-in was smooth, staff spoke English well enough to handle questions, and they seemed to actually know the area when I asked about restaurants. Sometimes you get that blank stare, you know? Not here. With a 9.1 rating, I was curious if it would live up to the numbers, and honestly – yeah, it does. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place on the coast, but it does what it promises really well.

  The accommodations were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. On the day I was scheduled to check in, I asked if I could change my stay dates due to the rainy weather. They graciously accepted my request.
