I mean, most tourists are scrambling for those beachfront spots that cost twice as much, but this place sits in this surprisingly quiet pocket where you can actually sleep past 7 AM without construction noise or street vendors shouting outside your window.

The apartment itself has that lived-in comfort that you don’t always get with hotels – real coffee mugs instead of those tiny porcelain things, and the kind of shower pressure that actually works (trust me, this matters more than you think when you’ve been walking around Budva’s stone streets all day). The owner clearly knows what travelers need because there are hooks in the bathroom, enough outlets by the bed, and – this is oddly specific but so helpful – good lighting by the mirror. It’s those little things that make you realize someone’s put actual thought into this place rather than just throwing furniture into rooms.

What I really appreciate is the location situation. You’re about a ten-minute walk from Slovenska Plaža beach, but here’s the thing – you skip all that chaos right along the waterfront where everyone’s jockeying for space and restaurant servers are practically pulling you off the street. Instead, you get to walk through some of the residential areas where locals actually live, past those tiny bakeries that smell incredible in the morning and the little grocery stores where you can grab actual necessities without tourist markup. The Old Town’s close enough that you can wander over for dinner without planning your whole evening around transportation, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowds stumbling around at 3 AM.

Honestly, for a three-star place pulling an 8.2 rating, it delivers on that promise without trying to be something it’s not. The WiFi works properly (tested it on video calls), there’s decent air conditioning for those brutal July afternoons, and the building itself feels secure – you know, good locks, well-lit entrance, that sort of thing that makes you comfortable leaving your stuff and actually relaxing. I did notice the street can get a bit busy during morning rush hour, but it’s more of a gentle hum than actual noise, and by 9 AM it settles down completely.

Look, Budva can be overwhelming with all the resort complexes and tourist traps, but places like this remind you why people fell in love with Montenegro in the first place. You get the authentic neighborhood feel without sacrificing comfort, and you’re still close enough to everything that matters. Plus – and this might sound silly – but the whole setup just feels honest, if that makes sense. No marble lobbies or over-the-top amenities promising the world, just a solid, comfortable place to stay while you explore one of the Adriatic’s most interesting towns.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Budva at least two months ahead for major events like Sea Dance Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near the beach.

  Great location. Pretty nice apartment. Clean. Comfortable. Good check in-out instructions.
  
  What could be improved: Few kitchen utensils. 2 frying pans and 1 cooking pot, but they were badly damaged and not safe to cook. Couldn’t cook much because of it. Check in-out time is a little strange. This is why this place is not 10/10.

  Big and refurnished apartment with nice balcony, couch, bathroom (with big shower) and comfortable bed.
  
  What could be improved: Host doesn’t speak english well and the apartment is so neglected. Microwave and TV doesn’t work, the floor is sticky and dirty, there is dust everywhere, kitchen is so poorly equiped, shampoo holder in the shower is starting to rust, kitchen sink is leaking (host didn’t even mention that, we found out when our floor was wet), light on the balcony doesn’t work, drying rack is completly broken.

  The location was good, close to supermarket and the old town (10-15 minutes walk). Nice and safe neighbourhood. Friendly neighbours who help us to contact the staff.
  Overall, Good value for 1 night stay but would suitable the group who go out most of the day.
  
  What could be improved: The room wasn't cleaned well before we arrived. The floor was dirty (not physical waste but dust wise. You can feel it when stepping on the floor), so I would suggest getting a slipper for indoor use. We didn't use the kitchen, so we did not check if the kitchenette was fully provided (but as far as I noticed, no coffee or tea bags). The sofa bed was not really cleaned (maybe not been used by other customers). The drainage in the bathroom was a bit slow.
  You need to meet face to face to get the key which it's abit difficult to get hold of them via this app message function. I would suggest call directly to their phone number.

  Apartament molt ben situat, a 5 minuts de la platja i del casc antic. 10 minuts caminant des de l'estació d'autobús. Molt nou i modern.
  
  What could be improved: Falten estris de cuina, com poden ser més plats, gots, paelles o olles. Tampoc hi havia el comandament a distància de la TV. Llençols pel sofà llit eren individuals.

  Spletom okolnosti dobili smo bolji apartman bez promene cene a koji je imao i garazno mesto.
  Sve je bilo novo, odlicne cistoce, lokacije i maksimalno opremljeno.

  Konforlu ve temiz eşya grubuna sahipti. Çok güzel bir konuma sahipti. Plajlara ve Old Town’a çok yakındı. 2 adet kliması vardı, banyo havluları temizdi. Çalışanları yeterince ilgiliydi.
