When I first walked up to the building, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star setup, but honestly, sometimes that works in your favor because you’re not disappointed when things aren’t Instagram-perfect.

The thing about staying here is that you’re getting exactly what Budva is really about – it’s not trying to be some fancy resort experience, and that’s actually refreshing. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious (which you’ll appreciate after cramming into tiny hotel rooms elsewhere in Montenegro), and they’ve got that lived-in feel that makes you realize actual people stay here, not just tourists doing the two-night shuffle. I mean, the 7.2 rating tells you it’s solid without being spectacular, and that’s pretty much spot-on. The kitchenette situation is handy – you can actually cook a real meal instead of eating out every night, which your wallet will thank you for since Budva’s restaurant prices can add up fast during peak season.

What I really liked is how it sits in the mix of things without being right in the chaos of the Old Town. You’re close enough that you can walk to the beach and the nightlife scene when you want it, but when you come back at 2 AM and just want to crash, you’re not dealing with the constant party noise that echoes off those medieval walls all night long. The check-in was pretty straightforward – no fancy lobby with marble floors, just efficient and friendly enough. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle like everywhere else in Budva, but they’ll sort you out with advice on where to leave your car without getting a ticket. During July and August, the whole town gets pretty intense with crowds, so having that apartment space to spread out feels like a luxury you didn’t know you needed. The balcony views aren’t going to make your Instagram followers weep with envy, but there’s something nice about having morning coffee while watching the town wake up. If you’re the type who needs everything to be pristine and resort-perfect, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want a decent base to explore the Montenegrin coast without breaking the bank – and you appreciate staying somewhere that feels authentic rather than sterile – Anita Apartments delivers exactly what it promises, nothing more, nothing less.

  What could be improved: Her ne kadar açıklamada ücretsiz otopark var yazsa bile biz oraya gittiğimizde arabamızı park edebileceğimiz hiç bir yer bulamadık, arabamızı diğer arabaların arkasına koyduğumuz için bir kişinin balkonda yatıp arabaya bakması gerekti. Oda çok dar ve küçüktü.
