You know what struck me first about Apart SKY Residence? The name actually makes sense – and I mean that in the best way possible. When you’re standing on the balcony looking out at the sea, you really do feel like you’re suspended between sky and water. It’s one of those places where the marketing promise actually delivers, which honestly doesn’t happen as often as you’d think with vacation rentals.

The whole setup is pretty clever – it’s essentially a residential building that’s been converted into apart-hotel units, so you get that authentic “living like a local” vibe without sacrificing the conveniences you want when you’re traveling. The sea view rooms (and really, why would you book anything else here?) face west, which means you’re getting those gorgeous sunset colors bouncing off the water every evening. I spent way too many nights just sitting out there with a glass of wine, watching the light change. The units themselves are well thought out – proper kitchenettes with decent-sized fridges, comfortable beds, and actually functional air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. Small thing, but the shower pressure is solid, and there are enough outlets near the bed for all your devices.

What really sets this place apart though is how it manages to feel both relaxed and well-run at the same time. The building’s got this quiet, residential energy during the day – you might hear kids playing in the courtyard or neighbors chatting on their balconies – but it never gets chaotic or party-heavy like some of the bigger resort complexes nearby. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward (they actually answered their phone when I called about early arrival), and the whole operation just feels like it’s run by people who’ve figured out the details. Parking isn’t an issue, which is huge if you’re planning to explore the area by car. The location puts you close enough to restaurants and shops that you can walk when you want to, but far enough from the main tourist strips that you’re not dealing with crowds and noise at all hours. I mean, you’ll still hear the occasional motorcycle or late-night conversation drifting up from the street, but it’s the kind of ambient city sound that actually helps you sleep rather than keeping you awake. That 9.6 rating makes total sense when you add it all up – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place on the coast, but it nails the things that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a quick overnight.

  Апартамента е страхотен, оборудван е с всичко. Идеално място за вашата почивка! Плажа е на 5 мин. пеша, на 3 мин. има голям Хипер маркет. Около апартамента има и ресторанти с отлична храна! Домакинът беше много любезен. Ще се върна отново.
