The place sits right in that sweet spot between Becici and Budva – you know, close enough to walk into Old Town Budva when you want that medieval fortress vibe and nightlife, but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM.
What really got me was how the apartments actually feel like, well, apartments. I mean, you’ve got proper kitchens with full-sized fridges (not those tiny hotel mini-fridges that barely fit a water bottle), decent counter space, and – this might sound weird but trust me on this – really good water pressure in the showers. The balconies are where this place shines though. Most of them catch either mountain views toward the interior or glimpses of the Adriatic, and there’s something pretty magical about having your morning coffee out there while the town’s still waking up. The 4-star rating feels right – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but everything works properly and the furnishings are actually comfortable, not just Instagram-pretty.
Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: parking can get tight during July and August (they do have spots, but get there early in the day if you’re driving), and while the beach access is fantastic – you’re literally a 5-minute walk from some of the best sand on the Budva Riviera – the closest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk up a bit of a hill. Not a dealbreaker, just plan accordingly if you’re planning to cook. The staff genuinely seems to know the area well too, which makes a difference. When I asked about hiking trails, the guy at reception didn’t just hand me a generic brochure – he actually sketched out a route to this viewpoint above Sveti Stefan that most tourists never find. That 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there a few days. It’s the kind of place where small things work smoothly, you have space to actually unpack and settle in, and you end up extending your stay because leaving feels like too much effort. Perfect for couples or families who want that apartment independence but with hotel backup when you need it.

What Our Guests Say
Everything was perfect from the beginning. The staff are very responsible and care about customers. The room is big and all needed facilities are available. Additionally I have the room with a big terrace and see view.
Our apartment was spotless. Everything was very clean and tidy and in good condition. we arrived early and the apartment was ready without us even asking. Transfers were arranged and were on time and as requested. apartment was very big and spacious. Pool again very clean and well looked after. Very chilled around the pool. always got a sunbed. Great view. little bit of a walk to the beach but we were ok with that and got used to the walk. Budva centre was further than we thought and was 15-25 Euros. But overall location was good as we did lots of different things and explored the whole area. You could walk to the beach and get a boat trip along the coast and to Hawaii Island.
What could be improved: Only one thing we found a bit difficult was there was no where close to buy drinks and snacks during the day. we did buy a few bits for breakfast from the shop but the nearby shops weren’t great so you would struggle with getting stuff for a meal. 2 local places to eat were very nice but maybe more than you need for a lunchtime snack.
Pool was amazing - large and clean, with areas of shallower water which was nice for adults and kids. View from the room of the beach and water was beautiful. The room was comfortable and set up well for a family. Kitchenette was good, well equipped, and exactly what we expected. Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Jasna was super helpful and made sure we had a good stay - gave good advice about where to go and how to get around. Reception and cleaning staff were attentive and took care of anything we asked. Would happily recommend for families visiting Budva.
What could be improved: Pool area has little shade, especially at certain times of day. Walk to the beach was a bit sketchy (though safe), down a bad-smelling elevator and through a ugly walkway down a makeshift half-finished concrete driveway. Without a car, walking up the hill to the main entrance (up from the beach or supermarket) wasn't fun (uphill, no sidewalks to speak of), especially with kids in the August heat. Still, very good value for money.

Overall it’s a best hotel I ever been, from staff to rooms and other facilities including swimming pool, and amenities in room.

It has a big swimming pool and safe parking lot. The studio room was spacious and they have everything you can think of.
What could be improved: The location is pretty good but may be not for people with disabilities/elderly since the beach is a bit of a walk.
I had an absolutely delightful stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities, including the pool were top-notch and impeccably maintained. The hotel's convenient location made exploring the city a breeze. Overall, it exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.
