Aparthotel Villa Aria
You know what caught me off guard about Aparthotel Villa Aria?
You know what caught me off guard about Aparthotel Villa Aria? The name honestly sounds a bit generic – I was expecting something pretty standard. But walking into this place, it actually feels like someone took a really nice residential building and converted it into accommodations without losing that homey vibe. The lobby isn’t trying too hard to impress you with marble and gold fixtures, which I appreciate.
What really works here is how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment living. I mean, you get proper kitchenettes that aren’t just a mini-fridge and a coffee maker shoved in a corner – there’s actual counter space and decent cookware if you want to grab groceries and make breakfast. The rooms feel spacious in a way that regular hotel rooms rarely do, probably because they’re designed more like studio apartments. And honestly, at a 9.4 rating, I was curious if it would live up to the hype, but the attention to detail is pretty impressive. Little things like quality hangers (not those flimsy ones that fall apart), blackout curtains that actually block light, and shower pressure that doesn’t make you wonder if there’s a water shortage.
The staff seems to get that most people staying here aren’t just passing through for one night – they’re settling in for a few days or longer. So they’re helpful without being hovering, if that makes sense. Check-in was smooth, and they actually gave useful local recommendations instead of just handing over a generic tourist brochure. The building itself is quiet – I didn’t hear neighbors through the walls, which can be hit or miss with aparthotels. Parking seemed straightforward too, though I’d double-check that when booking since some places in the area can be tricky. What I really liked is that it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in some corporate chain where every detail has been focus-grouped to death. It’s got personality, but in a subtle way that doesn’t overwhelm you with quirky design choices. For families or anyone planning to stay more than a couple nights, this place gets it right – you can actually live here temporarily instead of just sleeping between activities.
Early hotels booking in Budva requires advance planning during peak summer seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beaches and vibrant nightlife.

What Our Guests Say
Amazing view, great breakfast, helpful service staff
The apartment was really clean and nice. There was a huge bathroom and balcony with a sea view. The room was very clean and you could get it it cleaned every day. There were no utensils in the kitchen, only forks, plates and cups. We had to ask at the reception for some knife and other stuff. The staff was very very nice including the receptionist, cleaning ladies, waitress etc. The breakfast was tasty.
What could be improved: It would be great to have an equipped kitchen when there is one. We didn't need to cook but it would be nice to have utensils to make a salad. The breakfast was tasty but there were the same type of meals the whole week and many of them like pizza would be better for dinner. It could be better considering how expensive the hotel was.
Every thing ❤️
We stayed in Villa Aria from 20th of August till 27th of August, and I would like to pay attention to cleanliness of hotel and rooms. Thank you indeed to the all staff of hotel, especially for the reception staff. Special thanks for Katherina and her Manager. After arraival at Budva, taxi driver left us near the shopping center TQ Plaza (10 min walking from the hotel Villa Aria). As the transfer was arranged by hotel we informed reception staff accordingly and
Transfer from hotel to airport was arranged by Hotel free of charge, and it was very pleasant for us.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
What could be improved: Can be installed washing machine in the bath and coffee machine

Close to the city, amazing selection for breakfast , great hospitality.
Exceptional staff: very kind and friendly! Although we arrived very late for check-in, we had no problem. Breakfast: excellent ! The hotel has a fitness area with a newly renovated Finnish sauna (I was a daily user !). 15 minutes walking to the bus station and the old town Citadel, including the Budva Bay. Very good value for money!
What could be improved: Nothing !
This new hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything from the staff to the room, breakfast, parking, and view was top-notch. The hotel even offers a sauna and fitness center. Our room was perfect with a kitchenette, minibar, air conditioning, and a balcony boasting stunning views. The only downside was that the hotel's rooftop bar was closed.
What could be improved: Noisy neighbors
Beautiful view! Very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.highly recommend.i will definitely back there.
