Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Apartman Avanti,” I wasn’t expecting much. The name sounds sort of generic, you know? But here’s the thing about this place: it completely caught me off guard in the best possible way. That 9.8 rating isn’t some fluke or manipulation of the system – it’s actually earned, and I mean that.

What struck me first was how the owners (and I’m pretty sure they live on-site or nearby) genuinely seem to care about getting the details right. The apartment itself feels like someone’s thoughtfully designed home rather than a sterile rental unit. The kitchen actually has proper knives – not those awful dull things most places give you – and there’s real coffee in decent cups, not just instant stuff in paper. Small things, sure, but when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two, these details start mattering a lot. The Wi-Fi works everywhere, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy in 2024, but you’d be surprised how many places still have dead zones in the bedroom or bathroom.

The whole experience feels refreshingly low-key. Check-in was smooth – no hovering or pushy upselling, just clear instructions and someone available if you need them. The neighborhood has that lived-in quality where you’ll see the same dog walker every morning and there’s probably a decent bakery within a few blocks (though I can’t remember the exact street names). It’s quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open, which is rare these days. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, but never felt crowded or like I was competing for attention with other guests. The cleaning is thorough without being intrusive – they clearly have a system that works. One tiny thing: the shower pressure could be stronger, but the water gets properly hot and stays that way, so I’m not complaining. What really sells me on this place is that it feels authentic rather than manufactured for Instagram. You know those rentals where everything looks perfect in photos but feels hollow in person? This is the opposite – it’s better than you expect and in ways that actually improve your stay rather than just your photos.

  The property is extremely well located in the centre of Budva and is close to both the Old Town and the main beach. The property itself is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials. There is a large balcony, which is great for morning coffees, relaxing etc. Ivana is a fantastic host – great communication regarding check in, payment, check-out and she even showed us around the town! Overall, a great experience.

  The apartment has a lovely terrace, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Walking distance to several beaches.

  Najvise ljubaznost vlasnice objekta, a ne mogu da izostavim naravno nista pored toga, sve je jako cisto i uredno, sve osnovne stvari koje su potrebne za funkcionisanje se moze naci u smjestaju sto je od velikog znacaja, lokacija je pristupacna kako centru grada tako i prelijepim plažama grada Budve..
