This three-star property in Budva has that understated charm that actually works better than flashy lobbies and marble everything. The building sits quietly in the Rozino area, and there’s something refreshing about a place that lets its 9.8 rating do the talking instead of trying to impress you with over-the-top design.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s the thing about Rozino — it’s one of those neighborhoods that locals know but tourists often miss. You’re close enough to Budva’s old town and beaches (maybe a 10-minute walk), but far enough away that you actually get some peace at night. I mean, if you’ve ever tried to sleep near Budva’s main strip during summer, you’ll appreciate this. The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering — having your own spot in Budva is honestly like striking gold, especially during peak season when finding a place to leave your car becomes a daily adventure.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment itself surprised me with how thoughtfully it’s set up. You get a proper kitchen that’s actually functional — not one of those tiny hotel setups where you can barely make coffee. I ended up cooking a few meals here, partly because the local markets in Budva have amazing fresh produce, and partly because eating out every night gets expensive fast. The room layout makes sense too, with enough space that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other if you’re traveling as a couple.

What Really Works

The owners respond incredibly fast to messages — and I actually had to test this when I couldn’t figure out the air conditioning remote (it was in Cyrillic, which threw me off). Got a response within minutes, even though it was evening. That kind of attention makes a huge difference when you’re in a foreign country and just want things to work smoothly. The whole place feels like someone actually lives there and cares about the details, rather than just another rental property that gets the bare minimum maintenance.

Why Guests Love It

Look, couples especially seem to get this place — there’s something about having your own space in a quiet part of town that just works for romantic getaways. You can walk to everything you need in Budva, but you come home to actual tranquility. The 9.0 location rating makes sense once you spend a few days here and realize you’ve found that sweet spot between accessibility and peace. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it special.

  The property is extremely well located in the centre of Budva and is close to both the Old Town and the main beach. The property itself is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials. There is a large balcony, which is great for morning coffees, relaxing etc. Ivana is a fantastic host – great communication regarding check in, payment, check-out and she even showed us around the town! Overall, a great experience.
