The apartment itself surprised me — it’s way more spacious than most hotel rooms you’d get for the same price around here. There’s a proper kitchen with everything you need (I mean, the coffee maker alone saved me probably 20 euros during my stay), and the living area doesn’t feel cramped like some places do. The bedroom is simple but comfortable, and honestly, with that 9.4 rating, I was curious to see what all the fuss was about. Turns out, it’s just really well-maintained and clean — sometimes that’s all you need.

Location Perks

Here’s where this place really shines, and I get why couples rate it so highly. You’re literally a 5-minute walk to Bečići beach, which is way less crowded than Budva’s main beach but still has that gorgeous Adriatic water. When you want the nightlife and old town vibes, Budva center is maybe 15 minutes on foot — or you can catch one of those frequent local buses. I actually preferred walking because the coastal path is pretty scenic, especially in the evening when all the restaurants start lighting up.

Practical Stuff That Matters

The building has parking (which, trust me, is gold in this area during summer), and there’s a small grocery store right downstairs — perfect for grabbing breakfast supplies or that bottle of wine you forgot. The wifi actually works well, which isn’t always a given in Montenegro, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable even during those sticky July nights. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets after 10 PM; you’re close enough to everything but far enough from the party noise that can drive you crazy in central Budva.
