Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Apartman Centar Lux on Vojvođanska Street, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone. But you know what? Sometimes the places with the straightforward names are the ones that actually deliver, and this spot absolutely does.
The thing about staying right here in Budva’s center is that you’re literally in the thick of everything, but – and this surprised me – it’s not as chaotic as you’d think. Yeah, you’ll hear some street noise during the day, but honestly, it dies down way more than I expected once evening hits. The apartment itself feels genuinely luxurious without being stuffy about it. I mean, the fixtures and finishes are really well done, nothing feels cheap or rushed. The kitchen actually works (you’d be amazed how many places phone this in), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase the whole time. What really got me though was how clean everything was – like, properly clean, not just surface-level tidy.
Here’s what I loved most: you can walk to the Old Town in maybe three minutes, hit the main beach in five, and there’s this little bakery around the corner that locals actually go to for their morning coffee. The owner clearly knows the area well because check-in was smooth and they had actual useful recommendations – not just the touristy stuff everyone mentions, but real insights about when to avoid the crowds and where to grab groceries. Parking was way easier than I thought it would be for central Budva, which honestly was a relief because driving around Montenegro’s coast can be… well, let’s just say it’s an adventure. The Wi-Fi actually works properly (crucial for me), and the air conditioning kept things comfortable even during those really hot July afternoons when the whole city feels like it’s melting. I stayed here during peak season and while the streets get busy, the apartment itself felt like a proper retreat. The perfect rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where someone clearly thought through what travelers actually need rather than just checking boxes on a luxury amenities list.

Amazing service from Drazen – the best host we have ever came across, helped us transfer from bus station, left us a welcome basket with treats, helped us find a Dr who spoke English? Brought us anti-nausea medication. He went above and beyond for us and we are so so grateful! The property itself is very clean and very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need – amazing location to old town and beach with restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Thank you so much!!! We highly highly reccomend staying here in Budva

The apartment was spotless; it was better than in the photos. It is centrally situated close to the beach and the old town. The host was wonderful and very welcoming. He had left a few snacks and drinks for us, which was great since we arrived late in Budva and were tired. He also let us stay until we wanted to do the checkout. The apartment has everything you need: parking, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and the rooms are cute. The balcony was so nice and relaxing.
We had the best time in Budva and would go back.
