Hotel Description

You know what struck me first about Apartman Radenovic? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street – Praška – that most tourists completely miss, but honestly, that’s exactly what makes it special. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from all the Budva madness, but when you come home at night, it’s actually peaceful. No drunk British lads stumbling around at 3 AM like you get near the Old Town.

The building itself is pretty typical Montenegrin apartment style – nothing fancy, but everything works properly (which, trust me, isn’t always a given around here). What I really appreciated was how the owners actually live in the area and know their stuff. They told me about this little bakery two streets over that opens at 6 AM – perfect for grabbing fresh burek before the beaches get crowded. The apartment has that lived-in feel, not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down. There’s decent air conditioning, which you’ll definitely need in July and August, and the Wi-Fi actually reaches the bedroom (small victory, but important when you’re trying to upload those sunset photos). Parking can be a bit of a puzzle on Praška – it’s one of those narrow streets where locals sort of create their own rules – but the hosts gave me the real scoop on where to leave the car without getting dirty looks from neighbors.

Here’s the thing about this place that bumps it above your average 3-star spot: it feels genuine. The 8.4 rating makes total sense because it’s not trying to be something it’s not. You get clean sheets, hot water, a kitchen where you can actually cook (the stove has four working burners – again, small details matter), and hosts who’ll tell you that Wednesday morning is the best time to hit the market before all the good tomatoes disappear. The location is honestly brilliant if you want to experience Budva like someone who lives there rather than just passing through. You can walk to Slovenska Plaža in about eight minutes, but you can also wander through the residential neighborhoods and see how normal Montenegrin families live – kids playing football in tiny courtyards, old men playing chess outside the corner shop. I actually ended up extending my stay because I got into this rhythm of morning coffee at the local café (where I was the only tourist) and evening walks through the quieter parts of town. It’s not luxury, but it’s real, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  • Good – Snnfkr from Turkey – June 25, 2024 (7/10)

Place is so close to old city and beaches. All the necessary things within 5 mins walk like market, restaurants etc. Zvezdan is great man always smiling and ready help whatever you need.

What could be improved: Kitchen facilities are little inadequate. If you want to work inside there is only small kitchen table. Air circulation in bathroom are inadequate so I had to keep ventilator open all the time.

  • Very Good – Ozmen_u from Turkey – September 3, 2023 (8/10)

Location is close to the city center. The best thing is you have a car park in front of your room which is I think very important in Budva. Maybe be no need to mention but if you are looking for luxury it is not the place. If you are looking for a walking distance property with a car park so that you can enjoy the beautiful local wined and return without using your car…. This is the place.

  • Exceptional – Z from United Kingdom – July 20, 2023 (10/10)

    A lovely stay in Budva!
This property was really well located, a 10 minute walk to old town, 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and approximately 10 minute walk to the bus station. The host Oggy was so friendly and accommodating, giving us recommendations for our stay and letting us leave our bags for the whole day since we had a late bus. Such a great guy to chat to, we stayed up almost all night with him! The room was perfect with comfortable beds, a hot shower and even a fridge and tv. I highly recommend this property if you’re going to Budva, for the price I don’t think you can beat it. We would definitely go back again :))

What could be improved: Easy navigation about the location

  • We often use booking properties this is one we would not recommend unfortunately – Neil from South Africa – September 13, 2023 (2/10)

What could be improved: The room was dirty.
The bathroom smelled badly we could not sleep with the bathroom door open due to the odours

What could be improved: kapı kilidi biraz sıkıntılıydı ve bahçeye yakın olduğu için birkaç böcek vardı

  • Very Good – Gavric from Bosnia and Herzegovina – June 13, 2025 (8/10)

  • Very Good – Irina_chigrin from Serbia – October 12, 2024 (8/10)

    Месторасположение, рядом магазины
Двор. Там есть стол и можно отдохнуть.
    Мебель в номере

What could be improved: Нет крючков в ванной для полотенец и некуда оставить одежду.
    Не дали никакое подтверждение регистрации
