Hotel Description
You know what? I walked past Apartman Senka three times before I realized this little gem was right there on Vranjak street. It’s tucked into the old town in this way that feels completely natural – like it’s been part of Budva’s story forever, which honestly, it probably has. The building itself has that weathered Mediterranean charm where you can’t quite tell if the stone walls are 200 or 500 years old, and frankly, it doesn’t matter because they just work.
What really got me was stepping inside after wandering those narrow cobblestone streets (your feet will thank you for decent shoes, by the way – those stones are gorgeous but unforgiving). The apartment I stayed in had this perfect balance of old-world character and actually functional amenities. I mean, you’ve got exposed stone walls that make you feel like you’re living in some romantic movie, but the wifi works and the shower has proper pressure. The owners – and I suspect Senka herself might still be involved – clearly understand that tourists want atmosphere, not discomfort. The kitchen was small but had everything you’d actually use, not just the random collection of mismatched plates you often get in vacation rentals.
Here’s the thing about the location that booking sites won’t tell you: you’re literally a two-minute stumble from some of the best konoba restaurants in the old town, but far enough from the main square that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing at 3am. Well, mostly. Summer weekends can get a bit lively, but that’s Budva for you. What I loved was how you could grab coffee at that little place on Njegoševa (just around the corner) before the cruise ship crowds hit, then retreat back to your own quiet space when the old town gets overwhelming. And it will get overwhelming – but in the best possible way. The apartment becomes this perfect home base where you can recharge, plan your next meal, or just sit with some local wine and listen to the church bells. Trust me on this one – for a 3-star place with nearly perfect ratings, it delivers exactly what you hope it will, without any nasty surprises.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Budva through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best locations for experiencing the city’s beautiful coastline and rich history.

We were catching the ferry the following day and it was a two minute walk.Amazing little apartment right in the middle of Old Town – Sam from New Zealand – October 12, 2024 (10/10)

Great stay in Budva – Henry from United States – September 8, 2024 (9/10)
Amazing location in the old city
Nice and comfortable spaces
Small little touches in space
Excellent host with great communication
Great value for cost
Amenities (strong wifi signal, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board, warm shower water, etc)
What could be improved: The shower was incredibly small and challenging to use without flooding the bathroom (but due to the space there isn't much you can do to fix that without a major renovation of the bathroom, so I understand)
No elevator (but it's europe so common) plus the host was extremely nice and helped with carrying my bag upstairsExceptional – Sze from Hong Kong – August 3, 2024 (10/10)
Good location in the old town. The hosts are very helpful and kind. Thanks for their help who takes care of my luggage after the check-out time.

Amazing location, in the middle of the Old town, but not too noisy either. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, the service of the owners was excellent. We felt very comfortable in this apartment during our stay in Budva.

very kind host! i got lost in the old town when i arrived, but he waited patiently to give me the keys and give info about the flat. the flat has everything you need ( towels/shower gel, sheets, kitchen utilities, washing machine, airco, wifi,..) and is very clean. it's in the middle of the old town, but very quiet at night allthough it's close to bars/restaurants. good communication with the host through whatsapp in case of any questions, the host was so kind to give me a ride back to the busstation when i left Budva.
What could be improved: no complaints whatsoever! the flat is upstairs in a small building, so there's no elevator in case you should need one.Wonderful – Kevin from Belgium – October 6, 2023 (9/10)
A very nice, clean apartment right in the heart of Old Town Budva; surrounded by many cafes and restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to beaches. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
