This three-star property sits in the Bijeli do neighborhood, and there’s something refreshingly authentic about it. The building has that clean, no-nonsense Montenegrin style, and I immediately appreciated that there was actual free parking right there — trust me, that’s gold in this part of Montenegro.

The Studio Setup

My room was exactly what I needed — a well-designed studio that makes smart use of every square meter. The space feels bigger than it actually is, thanks to good lighting and a layout that doesn’t waste any corners. There’s a compact kitchenette that’s actually functional (I made coffee every morning and even managed a simple dinner one night), and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom is small but efficient, and honestly, when you’re spending most of your time exploring Budva anyway, you just need a clean, comfortable base — which this absolutely delivers.

Location Magic

Here’s where this place really shines, and I mean really shines. The location gets an 8.9 rating from guests, and I can see exactly why. You’re in Bijeli do, which puts you close enough to Budva’s old town and beaches without being stuck in the tourist chaos. I could walk to the main action in about 10-15 minutes, but when I wanted to escape the crowds, I was already in a quieter residential area. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel — you’ll see locals going about their daily business, small shops, and that authentic Montenegro vibe that’s harder to find right in the center.

The Practical Side

What I really appreciated was how smoothly everything worked. The Nedović family (I’m assuming they’re the owners) clearly know what travelers actually need. The WiFi was solid, the air conditioning worked perfectly during those hot summer days, and all the little details were sorted — clean towels, basic toiletries, even some local recommendations when I asked. The apartment gets cleaned regularly, and there’s a genuine sense that someone cares about your stay. It’s not fancy, but it’s thoughtful.

Why Guests Love It

Looking at that 8.6 overall rating, I get it completely. This isn’t about Instagram-worthy amenities or a fancy lobby — it’s about getting exactly what you need at a price that makes sense. Couples especially seem to love it here (9.1 rating for two-person trips), and I can see why. There’s something romantic about having your own little studio in a real neighborhood, being able to make morning coffee together, then heading out to explore one of Montenegro’s most beautiful coastal towns. You’re getting authentic Budva living without the tourist markup, and honestly, that’s pretty special.

  The hosts are exceptional people. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you might need, including a lovely patio where you can enjoy your coffee. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, depending on your walking speed. Great value for money. We highly recommend it. We truly felt at home here. Thank you!

  Tamamen bireysel bir stüdyo daire. İçerisinde geniş bir mutfak ve güzel bir banyosu var (kullanmasak da jakuzi de var:). Giyinme dolapları, klima, wifi vs. herşey gayet güzeldi. Ev sahipleri ile aynı yerde olduğumuz için anahtar almada herhangi bir problem olmadı. Belirttiğimiz saatten erken gelmemize rağmen Peter hiç sorun etmedi. Ev sahipleri çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Örneğin daire giriş kapısı camlıydı ve içerisi gözüküyordu. Rahatsızlığımızı anlayan Daniza hemen yardımcı olarak problemi çözdü. Ev sahiplikleri için çok teşekkür ediyoruz 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Her ne kadar plaja ve old town'a yürüme mesafesinde olsa da özellikle eve dönüşte konumu yorucu. Ancak bizim gibi araba ile seyahat edenler için çok problem değildi. Budvaya gelip sadece Becici, Mogren ve OldTown'da vakit geçirmek gibi bir hataya düşmeyin.

  There is a lot of traffic in Budva. The location of the apartment is great because you can use some side roads and avoid traffic jams. It is also close to the beach, Budva and Old Town Budva (by walk around 10min). For us, it was very important, that we have personal parking in front of the apartment.
  
  The host is very friendly. If you need anything, they are always ready to help.
  
  I was traveling with my family (2 adults, 2 children) and the apartment was big enough for all of us.
