I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Apartman Studio Nedović, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones that surprise you. This little studio apartment setup has that lived-in feeling that makes you comfortable right away, like staying at a friend’s place who actually has their act together. The moment you walk in, there’s this sense that someone really thought about what travelers actually need – not just what looks good in photos.

What really got me was how well everything worked. I mean, we’ve all been in those places where the WiFi cuts out every five minutes or the shower has zero pressure, right? None of that here. The studio is set up smart – you’ve got your sleeping area that doesn’t feel cramped, a little kitchenette that’s actually functional (not just decorative), and honestly, the whole space feels bigger than it probably is. The owner clearly knows what they’re doing because all those little details are sorted – good lighting for reading, enough outlets where you need them, proper blackout curtains that actually block light. It’s the kind of place where you can tell someone’s been paying attention to guest feedback over the years.

The location works really well too – you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble, but you’re not stranded in the middle of nowhere either. I loved being able to walk to actual neighborhood spots where locals hang out, and parking wasn’t the nightmare I was expecting. The 8.6 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed there because it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. Sure, it’s not going to have a marble lobby or room service, but honestly? After a day of exploring, you just want a clean, comfortable space that feels like home. The check-in was smooth, the owner was genuinely helpful with local recommendations (not just the touristy stuff), and I actually slept better there than I have at some much pricier hotels. If you’re looking for something authentic and well-run without breaking the bank, this place gets it right.

  I really enjoyed chatting with the owner. He was very friendly and helpful.
  Apartment was well equipped.
  Big cable tv with lots of English channels. Big fridge. Comfortable bed. There was jacuzzi in the bathroom but didn’t use it.

  The hosts are exceptional people. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you might need, including a lovely patio where you can enjoy your coffee. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, depending on your walking speed. Great value for money. We highly recommend it. We truly felt at home here. Thank you!

  There is a lot of traffic in Budva. The location of the apartment is great because you can use some side roads and avoid traffic jams. It is also close to the beach, Budva and Old Town Budva (by walk around 10min). For us, it was very important, that we have personal parking in front of the apartment.
  
  The host is very friendly. If you need anything, they are always ready to help.
  
  I was traveling with my family (2 adults, 2 children) and the apartment was big enough for all of us.

  What could be improved: Kondisyonunuz iyiyse Old Towna 15-20 dk da varabilirsiniz. Konum olarak bir tık uzakta bunu bilip tercih edin. Arac park yeri sehir genelinde ciddi problem.

  Tamamen bireysel bir stüdyo daire. İçerisinde geniş bir mutfak ve güzel bir banyosu var (kullanmasak da jakuzi de var:). Giyinme dolapları, klima, wifi vs. herşey gayet güzeldi. Ev sahipleri ile aynı yerde olduğumuz için anahtar almada herhangi bir problem olmadı. Belirttiğimiz saatten erken gelmemize rağmen Peter hiç sorun etmedi. Ev sahipleri çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Örneğin daire giriş kapısı camlıydı ve içerisi gözüküyordu. Rahatsızlığımızı anlayan Daniza hemen yardımcı olarak problemi çözdü. Ev sahiplikleri için çok teşekkür ediyoruz 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Her ne kadar plaja ve old town'a yürüme mesafesinde olsa da özellikle eve dönüşte konumu yorucu. Ancak bizim gibi araba ile seyahat edenler için çok problem değildi. Budvaya gelip sadece Becici, Mogren ve OldTown'da vakit geçirmek gibi bir hataya düşmeyin.

  What could be improved: Descuido em geral em tudo: utensílios de cozinha, janelas, torneiras, porta de entrada com vidro partido, sem água quente na cozinha.
