Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Apartmani Andrea-jaz, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones that surprise you, and this little gem absolutely did that.

The thing about Andrea-jaz is that it gets the fundamentals right in a way that actually matters when you’re traveling. The apartments – and they really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a mini fridge shoved in the corner – have this lived-in feel that makes you settle in immediately. I mean, there’s actual counter space in the kitchen, decent-sized windows that let in real light, and honestly, the beds are way more comfortable than they have any right to be for the price point. The owner, Andrea (I’m assuming), has this knack for those small touches that you don’t notice until you’re missing them elsewhere – proper hangers in the closet, enough outlets near the bed, shower pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices.

What really won me over though was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think with it being reasonably priced it might attract the party crowd, but it doesn’t – it’s more families and couples who just want a solid base without the tourist trap markup. The neighborhood has that authentic feel where you’ll hear locals chatting on their balconies in the evening, and there’s something really nice about falling asleep to normal life sounds instead of traffic or drunk tourists. Parking was surprisingly painless too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate narrow European streets with a rental car, you’ll appreciate. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that overly formal desk clerk routine, just someone who clearly knows the place inside and out and wants to make sure you’re sorted. The 8.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there for a day or two; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works the way it should, and that’s honestly more valuable than marble bathrooms and concierge services you’ll never use.

  Small but nice and clean room with everything you need. Good located, near the main street but really quiet area. You can reach Shops, bakerys and the beaches very quick.

  The property location is between the Kotor and Budva. You can easily arrive both cities by following the main road on which the property is by car. The property have a big garden where you can park your car. Rooms are clean and also have a huge balcony. I have enjoyed.

  We stayed for 11 days and were more than satisfied with everything.
  * Excellent price
  * Quiet location. No issues with keeping windows open at night.
  * Walking distance (10-15 minutes) to a great beach (Jaz beach)
  * Kitchen has everything to prepare your own meals
  * Huge parking area
  * Friendly and polite host
  * 2 supermarkets very close nearby

  The apartment was clean and easy to find. It was a good size and had good air conditioning and a fridge. There is a lot of parking there too on site. The owner has very little English but is very friendly. You also have a balcony with seating and a table.
  
  What could be improved: You are not very close to shops and restaurants but could walk. There was some holes in the bed sheets.

  The room with bathroom was clean and quiet, which mattered a lot to me. The kitchen was also neat and everything was very clean. It was easy to pick up the key, the hosts were very friendly and polite, answering all my questions, ready to help and understanding (I confused the check-out timings). There is a bus stop near the property which is very convenient, if you want to go to Budva and have no car, also two supermarkets are quite nearby and of course the beach.
  
  What could be improved: I'd prefer the room to be a bit more spacious.
