You know what struck me first about Apartmani Avanti? It’s one of those places where the rating actually makes sense – and honestly, that 9.8 isn’t just lucky reviews from people having a good vacation day. I mean, for a 3-star place in Budva, this spot really gets it right in ways that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere for more than just Instagram photos.

The apartments themselves have that clean, unfussy vibe that works so well on the Montenegrin coast. Nothing fancy, but everything’s there and it actually works – you know how sometimes the shower pressure is terrible or the AC sounds like a dying helicopter? Not here. The owners clearly understand what travelers need after a long day wandering Budva’s old town or coming back sandy from the beaches. I particularly loved how quiet it stays at night, which is saying something since Budva can get pretty lively during summer season. The windows are decent quality, and you’re positioned just far enough from the main party zones that you can actually sleep, but close enough that you’re not taking expensive taxi rides every time you want to grab dinner or hit the nightlife.

What really won me over though was the attention to small stuff – fresh towels that don’t smell like they’ve been sitting damp for days, a kitchen setup where you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to save some money (and let’s be real, eating out every meal in Montenegro adds up fast), and honestly just a sense that someone gives a damn about the place. The check-in was smooth, no drama about timing or deposits, and they gave me solid recommendations for beaches that aren’t completely overrun with tourists. You’ll be maybe a 10-minute walk from Slovenska Plaza, but here’s the thing – locals will steer you toward some of the smaller beaches nearby that are way less crowded and just as beautiful. The whole area has this relaxed residential feel during the day, with little bakeries and grocery spots where you can grab supplies without paying tourist prices. I found myself really settling in here rather than just crashing between activities, which doesn’t always happen in vacation rentals.

  Cute modern apartment, has its own parking. Everything clean and nice. Bedroom bed was super comfy, felt like sleeping in a nice hotel.

  the host, mother and son are wonderful people. Very caring and kind people. They supported us at all hours for all our needs and took care of us.
  The location of the house is very good, the inside of the house was very clean. Wifi TV facility is very good. There's even Netflix and amazon.the bed is very comfortable, even the seats are comfortable. All the tools and equipment you need in the kitchen are available.
  
  There are all facilities in the house from washing machine to dishwasher. To sum it up, it was an excellent experience. You can definitely choose

  Apartamentul este ok, dar pentru maxim 3 persoane. Bucătăria este dotata cu strictul necesar. Patul din dormitor este comod.
  
  What could be improved: Rezervarea noastră a fost pentru 4 persoane. Canapeaua din living nu era extensibila si ca urmare, a fost necesara montarea unui pat pliant, care a ocupat tot spațiul din living.

  Urednost i sređen apartman,klima radi,domaćini ljubazni,ispod zgrade prodavnica a u blizini restorani,prodavnice,mesare,pekare,butici,kafici,.. U apartmanu ima masina za sudove,masina za ves,usisivac,susilica za ves,peskiri,posuđe i escajg,2 televizora,terasa,dodatni krevet na razvlačenje.Krevet u spavacoj sobi preudoban. Stvarno sve je bilo super i sigurno cemo doci opet.

  Ev Görseli ile aynıydı. Gerekli ve lazım olabilecek tüm eşyalar düşünülmüştü yatak rahattı ev temizdi sıcak su sorunu yaşamadık ev sahibi ilgiliydi otel konforunda 2 gün geçirdik.
