You know what? Apartmani Kosmac isn’t going to win any design awards, but honestly, that’s kind of what I liked about it. When I first walked up, I thought “okay, this looks like where actual people live” – and I mean that in the best way. It’s got that solid, no-nonsense three-star feel where you’re not paying for marble lobbies or fancy doormen, but everything works exactly like it should. The apartments themselves are surprisingly roomy, actually. I was expecting typical cramped European accommodations, but there’s real living space here. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either – I actually cooked a few meals and didn’t feel like I was playing house in a dollhouse.

The thing that really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. During the day you’ll hear normal neighborhood sounds (kids playing, people coming and going), but once evening hits, it’s genuinely peaceful. The walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation from next door, which – let’s be honest – can make or break a stay. I mean, the furnishings are pretty basic, sort of that universal apartment style you see everywhere, but everything’s clean and the bed was actually comfortable. The shower has proper water pressure too, which sounds silly to mention but you know how it is when you’ve had a long day of walking around. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no weird rules about keys or confusing instructions about wifi passwords that don’t work.

What I really appreciated was the genuine local neighborhood vibe. You’re not in some tourist bubble here; there are actual grocery stores nearby where locals shop, and I loved just wandering around in the morning getting coffee from places where I was clearly the only visitor. The 7.9 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s honest and reliable. If you’re the type who needs room service and daily housekeeping, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want a real apartment experience where you can actually settle in for a few days, cook your own breakfast, and feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just passing through, Apartmani Kosmac delivers exactly that. Plus, honestly, the value is pretty solid for what you get – I’ve definitely paid more for less in other cities.

  Very friendly host! Really good for that price. Convenient to have a coffee bar downstairs. We had everything that we needed. Really friendly cats were a bonus for us:)

  You have a whole apartment for yourself and at a very good price. The view is spectacular. Despite the fact that we were late due to traffic, the owner waited for us. He is very kind to say the least.
  The apartment had everything and a very good air condition. It had a kitchen fully equiped that we used, bathroom with washing machine and a very nice balcony. It is also very easy to park outside. I regret we didn't eat there but maybe next time. In overall, I highly suggested it especially if you have a car.
  
  What could be improved: Someone might find it a little but far from Budva if they want to stay at the center. We had a car and it was about 15mins from it but no traffic.

  Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, balcony. I loved the modern spacious shower with natural light. It was a blessing to have a washing machine after a few days of travel. The place features an adjunct cafe, where I had breakfast with homemade bread and cheese, hot tea and eggs, with a view over the mountains, a church, and a fortress.

  It is a very good location tot stay of You want tot visit Budva and Kotor. The people are very nice, the room is clean and you have a view of sea and mountains. We enjoyed the coffe and the food. It was a perfect experience.
