The location is pretty solid for exploring Budva without being right in the chaos of the Old Town crowds. You’re close enough that you can easily walk to all the main spots, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the party noise until 3am every night. I actually appreciated being able to step outside and not immediately be surrounded by tourist groups – there’s something to be said for having a bit of breathing room. The apartments themselves feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical accommodation. The kitchenettes are actually functional (not just for show), which is huge if you want to grab some local produce from the market and make breakfast without paying hotel restaurant prices. And the whole setup just feels more authentic than those big resort complexes along the coast.

What really won me over, though, was how genuinely helpful the owners are without being pushy about it. They’ll point you toward the good local spots – not the tourist traps – and they seem to actually care that you have a decent stay. The kind of place where if you need an extra towel or have a question about bus schedules, it’s not a big production to get help. Plus, the value here is honestly ridiculous for what you get. I’ve stayed in places charging twice as much that didn’t have half the character or comfort level. The WiFi actually works (thank god), there’s decent water pressure, and the beds don’t feel like cardboard – sometimes it’s the basics done right that make all the difference. If you’re the type who wants to experience Budva more like a temporary resident than a passing tourist, this is your spot.
