I mean, with a 9.7 rating, I was expecting something decent, but honestly – this three-star spot punches way above its weight class. The owners clearly get what travelers actually want, not what some corporate hotel chain thinks we need.

The apartments themselves are thoughtfully put together in that European way where every square meter counts, but it never feels cramped. There’s this attention to detail that you don’t usually find at this price point – I’m talking about things like actually good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that work properly, and a kitchenette stocked with decent cookware (not those flimsy tourist apartment pots that barely heat water). The beds are surprisingly comfortable too, which honestly made all the difference after long days of exploring. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – the building seems well-insulated, so you’re not dealing with every footstep from upstairs or street noise keeping you awake.

The location works really well if you want that local neighborhood feel without being stuck in the middle of nowhere. You’ll find yourself walking to grab coffee or groceries like you actually live there, which is pretty nice after bouncing between sterile hotel lobbies. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that endless paperwork or upselling you get at bigger places. I actually ended up chatting with the owner for a while, and you can tell they take pride in the place rather than just viewing it as a business transaction. Parking isn’t an issue either, which saves you the headache of circling blocks looking for a spot. The whole setup just makes sense for people who want somewhere comfortable to decompress without paying resort prices. It’s the kind of place where you might extend your stay a day or two just because you’re not eager to leave – and honestly, at these rates with this level of quality, why wouldn’t you?

  Clean rooms.
  Everything is new inside.
  Owners are the best.
  The location is convenient in terms of traffic jams – in the morning you can leave without problems, in the evening you can quickly arrive. (It depends on your destination)

  We enjoyed stayiny at this property. 10-15 minutes drive to Budva center. Nice beaches 5 minutes away. There were a couple of supermarkets and Bakery very close to this apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows, air con was a bit noisy at a times but worked perfectly. Bathroom has a nice space and a big shower area with excellent water pressure. Good wifi signal.Parking space was very big and secure. The host was friendly and accommodating.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit difficult to find the property. It has a billboard but we didn't see it coming from Budva. Since it's facing the other direction. Kitchen area was very small. We just had breakfast there No space for cooking a meal really but there are good restaurants around the area and very good price too so not a biggie.

  Hosts were super nice and friendly. Had a nice chat, tried good rakija and even gifted us few of their home grown vegetables and fruits. Apartment is perfect size and has everything you need. Location is little secluded so be ready to use your car a lot but also very quiet for relaxing evenings and nights. It is actually possible to reach shop/bakery even beach by foot (has sidewalk all the way from apt. to beach). Would strongly recommend for families and couples who like more privacy and outside seating to enjoy (great for kids).

  The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, it had everything we needed for a short stay! A lot of parking space, there was a shop nearby. Close to both Budva and Kotor by car. We really enjoyed our stay!

  The apartmemt is in a village, 10 minutes driving from Budva. It is clean, cosy and has a small kitchen. The host is friendly and helpful. Kotor is 25 km away. From the apt. you can access different beaches.

  The owners welcomed us very well, with a typical drink of the country made by them. Flat completely independent from the rest of the house. New flat with good quality materials.
