Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Apartmans Budva centar,” I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But honestly? This little spot completely surprised me, and now I get why it’s sitting at a 9.5 rating. It’s one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve cracked some local code.

The thing about staying right in Budva’s center is that you’re literally walking distance from everything that matters. I mean, you step out the door and you’re already in the thick of it – the Old Town’s stone walls are right there, and you can actually hear the morning fishermen heading out before the tourists wake up. What I loved most was being able to grab fresh burek from the little bakery around the corner (locals line up there around 7 AM, which tells you everything), then walk down to the beach with my coffee still warm. You know what’s rare in Budva? Finding a place where you don’t need to factor in taxi rides or long walks back after dinner – but here, even when the Old Town gets packed with the evening crowd, you’re home in two minutes.

The apartments themselves feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, which I actually prefer. Everything’s clean and functional – not fancy, but you’ve got what you need, and honestly, when you’re spending most of your time exploring or down at the beaches, that’s perfect. The beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. What really won me over was how quiet it gets at night, despite being in the center. I was worried about noise from the restaurants and bars, but the way the building’s positioned, you get this surprising pocket of calm. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no long waits or complicated procedures, just someone who clearly knows the area well and gave me better restaurant recommendations than any guidebook.

Here’s what I’d tell anyone considering it: this isn’t the place if you want a pool and room service and all that resort stuff. But if you want to actually experience Budva like you live there, if you want to pop into the market for fresh figs, walk to three different beaches to see which one fits your mood, or stumble back from dinner at that amazing seafood place near the marina without calling an Uber – then this is exactly what you want. The 9.5 rating isn’t inflated; it’s just a bunch of people who figured out that sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that don’t try too hard to impress you, they just give you exactly what you need to fall in love with where you are.

  The apartment is very close to down town Budva. It had everything you need for a vacation. You don't need to bring nothing with you. Quiet neighbourhood. The host was there to meet us. Luckily we did not need to call him during our stay. You have stores and restaurants in your vicinity.

  Nicely presented 1 bedroom flat – 8 minutes from high street, beach and Old town.
  The owner is very accommodating, for example helped us to find transfer solutions between the flat and airports etc.

  Nice apartment, gut balcony. Very friendly host. He allowed us to stay until 11.00. He also granted us the parking for free. Many thanks for.
  
  What could be improved: There is no sea view, since the new building prevents the view.
  There would be nice to have a high chair on the kitchen to have it more comfortable with the bar desk.
  It requires a new water cooker on the kitchen The old one smells.
  Some new crockery on the kitchen, e.g. a small pot would be nice.
  You need to call the host and agree with him where you meet, since GPS will not bring you to the house.
  Also, better address of the apartment would help to find it by car.

  Lokacija odlicna, sam centar Budva, a opet malo zavucena i mirna ulica. Van sezone ima parkinga u okolnim ulicama, takodje imate mogućnost da iznajmite garažu od domaćina. Stan je prostran, osvetljen. Nema gradilišta u blizini. Pogled je na okolne zgrade i planinu tako da je lepo sedeti na terasi.

  Savršena lokacija, u blizini apsolutno svih bitnih sadržaja u Budvi, prostran i odlično opremljen apartman, fin i nenametljiv domaćin.

  Отличные апартаменты, полная комплектация, включая стиральную машину и оборудованную кухню. Хороший ремонт, удобное местоположение: до TQ plaza – 3 минуты, до старого города 5-7 минут. Миро встретил прямо на автостанции (мы приехали из Подгорицы), очень приятный собеседник! был с нами на связи в WhatsApp , помог организовать трансфер в аэропорт Тивата.

  рядом рынок, магазины, старый город и тд.
