The moment you walk in, you can tell someone put real thought into this place. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t – no marble lobbies or doormen in fancy uniforms – but everything just works. The rooms have this clean, unfussy vibe that actually feels like home instead of a sterile hotel box. I mean, the beds are genuinely comfortable (and I’m picky about mattresses), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your suitcase without playing Tetris with your belongings. The kitchenette situation is pretty sweet too – nothing fancy, but if you want to grab some local groceries and make breakfast instead of paying hotel prices, you’re all set.

What really won me over, though, is how the staff treats you. They’re not following some corporate script; they actually seem to care whether you have a good stay. When I had trouble with the WiFi (which was otherwise solid), someone came up within ten minutes and sorted it out. And here’s a detail that matters more than you might think – the place is surprisingly quiet. You know how some hotels have paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation in the hallway? Not here. I actually got decent sleep, which honestly makes or breaks a trip for me. The cleaning is thorough without being intrusive, and they don’t nickel-and-dime you for every little thing.

The location works really well too, though you’ll want to do a bit of research on the neighborhood since the exact address seems to be one of those local quirks. It’s the kind of spot where you feel like you’re staying somewhere real rather than in some tourist bubble.   Very spacios and clean apartment, with two balconies, in a quite location, yet close to city center. Very nice host. About 30m walk to old city.
  
  What could be improved: Door soundproof is not good, can hear neighboors in the corridor and washing machine.
  Basically kitchen has all you need, but variety is a bit poor 🙂
  Also please add you apartment to Google maps, so difficult to find you 🙂

  Apartament czysty, świeżo wykończony w dobrej lokalizacji. Mimo bliskości do miasta, sklepu czy plaży nie czuć miejskiego zgiełku. Apartament zapewnia spokój oraz ciszę. Podobały mi się dwa dostępne na wyłączność balkony. Pod apartamentem dostępne duże prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Dobry kontakt z miłym właścicielem.
  
  What could be improved: Brak "pakietu startowego" pokroju papier toaletowy czy cukier oraz brak odpływu w brodziku prysznica. Poza tymi małymi wadami pobyt był naprawdę dobry i przyjemny.

  Прекрасное расположение в тихом месте, в окружении зелени. Просторная, очень чистая и светлая квартира. Есть сквозное проветривание – комфортно: не пришлось включать кондиционер. Две террасы. Новая мебель. Хорошая сантехника. Интерьер создан со вкусом. Отличный матрац. Уютная кухня с холодильником и микроволновкой. Есть утюг с гладильной доской, сушилка.
  
  What could be improved: Отсутствует сейф. На кухне явно не хватает электрического чайника, пары кастрюль, полотенца. Не предоставляются средства для ванной (кроме мыла).

  Чистый, свежий просторный апартамент. Отдельная кухня, два балкона. Прекрасный хозяин. Несмотря на туристический центр – тихое место.

  Мирко очень приветливый, разговаривали на смеси русского и английского) всегда был на связи, оперативно решать всё вопросы. Апартаменты прекрасные, всё соответствует фото, расположены удобно, до ближайшего пляжа минут 7-10 прогулочным шагом, магазины и кафе тоже в шаговой доступности. Нам всё понравилось.
