Here’s what I love about this spot — you can walk to Budva‘s Old Town in about five minutes, but you’re tucked away enough that you won’t hear every party happening on the main strip. The apartment is in building C on the second floor, which means you get decent views without the noise from street level. There’s parking right on site, which is honestly a game-changer in Budva during summer months. I mean, finding parking near the old town can be a nightmare, so having your own spot is huge.

The Space

The room setup works really well for couples — and apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so, since couples consistently rate the location nearly perfect. You’ve got everything you need without feeling cramped, and the kitchen area is actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the local market and save some money on meals. The whole place feels clean and well-maintained, not like some apartments where you’re wondering when someone last deep-cleaned the bathroom. The furnishings are comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort during your stay.

What Makes It Work

You know what really sets this place apart? It’s that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment flexibility. You’re not dealing with tiny hotel rooms, but you also don’t have to worry about checking in with some random person who may or may not show up. The area around Mediteranska is where locals actually hang out — there’s a good restaurant just down the street that doesn’t cater exclusively to tourists, and you’ll find better coffee prices than right by the beach.   I recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful sea and local attractions. The apartment itself was immaculate and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor is modern and inviting, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was attentive and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities.   Very good location. Very comfortable newly build building. Clean apartment with all necessary equipment and furniture. And very comfortable bed which is usually very rear.

  The property has a great location it is near the beach, the farms and different markets and restaurants. The apartment has all what you need for holiday from plates, cooking utensils dish washer vacuum, washing machine etc. The city manager is very helpful she would help anytime with all what we need. I would absolutely book again the same apartment once we visit Budva again.
  
  What could be improved: There was a humidity smell coming from the toilet I believe the fan was not working properly.

  Good location. Swallows' nest on the balcony (although this meant that the floor of the balcony was covered in bird ****)
  
  What could be improved: The initial disappointment occurred when we found the sink clogged and water wouldn't drain, leading to an unexpected cleanup task before starting our vacation. The oversight of this basic issue during apartment preparation for rental was puzzling.
  
  Further issues arose with mold in the shower stall and a generally dirty apartment floor.
  
  The provided Internet password was incorrect, initially blamed on my input error until a face-to-face meeting with the host revealed that it was changed without notification.
  
  Lack of a clothes dryer on the balcony resulted in a fruitless request to the cleaning lady.
  
  We asked several times for an additional key, which we had agreed upon with the owner of the apartment in advance, but we were assured that we could use a safe to store the keys with a code that the host himself gave us.
  
  The most distressing discovery came just before departure when money and a valuable silver cross went missing from the nightstand. The host, citing the fact that he had just arrived from Belgrade, refused to help with calling the police. I tried to do it myself, but I was unable to explain the situation over the phone due to my poor knowledge of the local language. I just couldn't understand what they were asking me in response.
  
  It is important to note that the owner of the property offered to go to the police together this coming Sunday, but I am afraid that this will not be successful after so much time has passed.
  
  In conclusion, I feel compelled to caution others against renting this property due to these numerous issues that significantly spoiled our vacation experience.

  What could be improved: The host was like in a hurry and didn’t speak English well, I thought that I payed for parking and they charged me 50 euro extra and also 15 euro for city taxes which never happened to me to pay city taxes in Budva even it’s the 10th time i stay there but in different apartments and didn’t provide me with cards that we paid city taxes in case that something happens and I have a prove that we paid city taxes, I like to think that it was all a misunderstanding since I really enjoy my stay in this city and never had something to complain.
