You know what? I almost walked right past Apartment Mirjana on my first visit – it’s one of those unassuming places that doesn’t scream “look at me” from the street, but honestly, that ended up being part of its charm. The 9.7 rating should’ve been my first clue that something special was happening here, because let’s be real, you don’t hit numbers like that without doing everything right.

Mirjana herself (yes, there’s an actual Mirjana) runs this place like she’s welcoming family, and I mean that in the best possible way – not the overbearing aunt kind of way, but more like the cool relative who actually listens when you ask about good local spots. The apartment I stayed in was this perfect blend of homey and polished, with those little touches that make you think “okay, someone actually lives like this.” Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter, books on the shelves that people have clearly read, and – this might sound weird – but the towels actually smelled like they’d been hung outside to dry, not just blasted with commercial detergent. The whole place had this lived-in comfort that you just can’t fake, plus the kind of cleanliness that would make your grandmother nod approvingly.

What really got me was how Mirjana seemed to know exactly what I needed before I did. She’d casually mention that the bakery two streets over opens early if I wanted proper coffee, or she’d leave a little note about which tram to catch if I was heading to the old town. The apartment itself was spacious enough that I could actually unpack (revolutionary concept, I know), and the kitchen was properly equipped – like, you could actually cook a real meal if you wanted to, not just heat up instant noodles. The Wi-Fi was solid, the shower had proper pressure, and here’s something I never thought I’d care about until I experienced it: the neighbors were genuinely quiet. No slamming doors at 2 AM, no televisions blaring through thin walls. It’s that three-star sweet spot where you get the personal attention without paying five-star prices, and honestly, the experience felt way more authentic than some of those sterile hotel chains where everyone’s following a script. I mean, where else would your host remember that you mentioned loving strong coffee and leave you a bag of locally roasted beans on your last morning?

  I loved the accommodation for several reasons. Firstly, the location was perfect, situated close to key attractions and amenities. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to others.

  The owner of the apartment was very kind, we talked via whatsapp. And when i arrived she was there with the keys. She gave me the remote of the garage, and everything went perfect. I truly recomend this apartment

  Excellent location, nice apartments, new house,:
  – in a quiet area away from busy noisy roads
  – close to the green market and supermarkets
  – Relatively close to beaches
  House of modern construction, although not a high floor, but there is an elevator
  There is a private parking space, which is closed with a barrier in your absence, very convenient.
  Furniture and appliances are modern, a rarity that there is a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, in general, there is everything even for the most biased guests.
  Adequate hostess Mirjana, helped with paying the tourist tax and generally helped with all the little things from bed linen for the children to the inconvenient early time of our departure.

  Beautiful new apartment very close to the old town. Mirjana was very friendly and helpful. We broke the key and she brought spare one in 5 minutes. We offered money for the keys but she refused to take them.

  Fully equipped apartment in a multi-storey building. Sitting on the balcony. Parking behind the barrier in the parking lot next to the house. Historic center, beaches, fortress ruins, market within walking distance. The hostess is pleasant and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The water in the shower was not draining well. It was enough to clean. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean and in order. A washing machine was available.

  Хорошее расположение, красивый вид, гостеприимная хозяйка. В квартире есть все, что нужно для жизни и даже больше. Кухонная утварь, порошки, утюг, моющие, пылесос и тд. В доме есть лифт.

  Apartman je bio čist i uredan. Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji, do starog grada Budve može se doći pješke za manje od 10 minuta. Domaćin Mirjana je bila veoma draga i pristupačna i uvijek spremna pomoći.
