The building itself is modern and well-maintained, and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels more like a local neighborhood than a tourist zone.

Here’s the thing about Budva — everyone talks about being right in the center, but honestly, this spot hits that sweet balance between accessibility and tranquility. I could walk to the main beaches and Old Town in about 10-15 minutes, which meant I got to explore the residential side of the city on my way. The location rating of 9.5 from recent guests makes total sense once you experience it. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the late-night party noise that can keep you up in the more central accommodations.

The Space Itself

The apartment setup really works well here — I mean, having your own space with a proper kitchen changes the whole travel dynamic. You can grab fresh produce from the local markets and actually prepare some meals, which is perfect for longer stays or when you want a break from restaurant dining. The room was clean and comfortable, with decent air conditioning that actually worked (trust me, this matters in Montenegro summers). The furnishing is simple but functional, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.

Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were genuinely helpful with local recommendations — not just the touristy stuff, but actual places where locals go. The building has secure entry, which gave me peace of mind, and there’s parking available if you’re driving (though I’d recommend exploring Budva on foot when possible). The Wi-Fi worked reliably, which matters when you’re trying to plan day trips or stay connected with home.

  What could be improved: Location is a bit far from the coastline, but in the end it's just a 25 mins walk down the street with really nice restaurants on the way ( Parma, Stella).

  What could be improved: 1) очень неприятный запах в квартире, который невозможно проветрить. Все наши вещи пропахли этим запахом, какие-то отсырели.
  2) большое количество плесени
  3) апартаменты находятся на нулевом этаже между гаражами (маленькое окно между гаражными дверями на фото здания)
  4) малюсенькое окно, через которое невозможно что-то проветрить, оно выходит на парковку и выхлопные газы попадают прямо внутрь
  5) прямо из окна по диагонали за соседним домом видна стройка, которая шумит с утра и целый день. Мы останавливались на новогодние праздники, все праздники с 7 утра там начиналась громкая работа.
  6) не работает духовка, нам это было важно, тк мы останавливались надолго. Для нас было важно ее наличие. Менеджер утверждала, что она работает, потом сказала, что нет и ничего с этим сделать не может.
  7) очень маленький и неудобный диван. Каждую ночь я просыпалась от боли в спине.
  8) проблемы с душем. Лейка сломана, вода идет одной большой струей вдоль лейки, необходимо подстраиваться. Если брать лейку в руки, сразу включается кран. Бойлера не хватает, чтобы помыться двоим. Часто на середине начинает идти холодная вода.
  9) вытяжка выходит в подъезд
  10) вещи необходимо сушить в подъезде
  11) старый, очень шумный кондиционер
  12) обратите внимание на расположение, оно указано – далеко от центра и пляжей
  13) нет уборки, вас попросят самих оставить жилье чистым и убрать за собой
  
  Как итог – новогодние праздники испорчены. Мы совершили ошибку и оплатили наличными размещение за весь срок, даже не переночевав там одной ночи. Деньги нам при жалобе никто не вернул, хотя в букинге не указано, что отмена платная. Букинг тоже не помог. Поэтому мы оставили вещи там, а сами ездили по Черногории и ночевали в других местах, а потом и вовсе выехали раньше времени без возврата денег. Находили жилье намного дешевле и намного более приличное, даже в Будве, даже в новогодние праздники. Просто ходили и спрашивали у местных.

  Stan je veoma uredjen sa stilom, osecaj je kao da ste kod svoje kuce. Dobro je opremljen, poseduje klima uredjaj, wi-fi internet, tv sa kablovskom i ostale kucne aparate, neophodne za normalno funkcionisanje. Vlasnica stana, gospodja Ljilja je veoma ljubazna i draga osoba.
