You know what? I almost walked right past Apartment Nedovic the first time I was looking for it. It’s one of those places that doesn’t scream “look at me” from the street, but honestly, that’s part of what I ended up loving about it. The building has this understated European charm – not flashy, just solid and comfortable in a way that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere real people actually live.

The apartment itself surprised me. I mean, with a 9.1 rating I was expecting something decent, but this felt more like crashing at a well-traveled friend’s place than a typical hotel room. The owner clearly knows what actually matters to travelers – there’s proper counter space in the kitchen (rare!), the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire space, and the shower has that strong, steady pressure you dream about after too many nights in chain hotels. The furnishing isn’t Instagram-perfect, but everything’s thoughtfully chosen and genuinely comfortable. I particularly loved the little reading nook by the window where you can people-watch with your morning coffee. Small detail, but it made those first quiet moments of the day feel special.

What really sold me on this place was how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble – there’s a proper local bakery about two minutes away where the owner will remember your order by day three, and you’ll hear actual conversations in the local language drifting up from the street. The area gets busy during the day but settles into this peaceful rhythm by evening. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (isn’t it always?), but the owner sent clear instructions beforehand and was genuinely helpful when I needed to figure out the local parking situation. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that awkward lobby waiting around. Look, it’s technically rated as a 3-star place, but it punches well above its weight in terms of actually making you feel comfortable and settled. If you’re the type who values authentic local experience over fancy amenities you’ll never use, this place gets it right.

  Напевно, це найбільш приємні і турботливі господарі, які бувають на світі. Нам організували трансфер, чудову екскурсію, щоб перечекати час перед вилітом, зорієнтували по місцю проживання, де и що знаходиться. Квартира знаходиться в вигідному місці з кількома маркетами поряд та недалеко до пляжу. Помешкання оздоблене всім необхідним, за тиждень перебування не було ніяких питань, що чогось не вистачає.

  Апартаменты находятся в пешей близости до моря, рядом есть все необходимое- парковка, магазины, остановки транспорта, кафе. Изюминкой и наилучшим в апартаментах являются хозяева- милая, добрая и отзывчивая семья! Приехали с подругой после тяжелого пути на автобусе и попали на праздничные дни, когда магазины не работают. Хозяин заботливо накупил нам целый пакет пончиков, круасанов, сок, чтоб мы могли перекусить с дороги!
