Check-in was refreshingly personal, with real recommendations about where to grab the best morning coffee (not the tourist trap stuff) and which routes to take if you’re walking around in the evening. The apartment itself is immaculate – I mean, seriously clean in a way that tells you someone actually cares about the details. The linens smell like they were hung out to dry in fresh air, and there’s this attention to small touches that you don’t usually find unless someone’s putting real thought into the guest experience.

The space feels authentically local without being stuffy or overly themed, if that makes sense. You’ve got everything you actually need – a proper kitchen where you can make more than just instant coffee, windows that open to let in actual fresh air, and honestly, the kind of quiet that lets you sleep through the night without earplugs. I stayed during what seemed like a busy season, but the noise levels were completely manageable. The WiFi actually works (not always a given, let’s be real), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. What I really appreciated was how the place strikes this perfect balance – it’s clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, but it doesn’t feel sterile or like you can’t touch anything. You know how some places make you nervous about sitting on the furniture? This isn’t that. It’s the kind of spot where you find yourself lingering over morning coffee because the atmosphere just feels right, and by the third day you’re genuinely sad about having to pack up and move on.

  Stunning view from the balcony. Very good location which is close to a lot of facilities. Clean and organised. Got everything you need.
  
  The host is also friendly and easy going. I booked the wrong date and changed it with smooth communication.
  
  What could be improved: It could remind the guest to turn on the boiler at check in. We found the water was cold when to take the shower

  Po dolasku nas je sačekao ljubazan i predusretljiv domaćin. Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji. Ono što ga posebno izdvaja je fantastičan pogled koji se pruža ka moru i na celu Budvu. Uživali smo u svakom trenutku.

  Очень комфортная квартира, хорошо укомплектованная: микроволновка, посудомойка и т.д. Самостоятельное заселение. Дом новый. До моря минут пять или десять пешком по парку, до старого города подальше, но вполне достижимо. У хозяина офис внизу, так что могут помочь.
  
  What could be improved: Мы не очень поняли, есть ли отопление. У нас уже было не холодно, поэтому было не очень важно, но кроме кондиционера там есть вродек какое-то другое отопление, мы на нем выставили комфортную температуру, но особой разницы не почувствовали

  Великолепное расположение и вид. Приветливые хозяева, которые решали все вопросы. В апартаментах было все необходимое для длительного проживания. Приватная парковка.

  Stunning view! Nice interiors, wonderful balcony. Great couch. Well equipped apartment. Nice owners. 🙂 Perfect location in the city. Would definately rent this apartment again, if we would visit Budva some other time.
  
  What could be improved: There was only some small things, which are easy to take care of. Kitchen ware: we would have hoped for wineglasses. Some kitchen ware could be renewed like frying pan and electric kettle. Electric sockets on the walls were loose (it's a safety risk) and they should be tightened.
  
  Air conditioning could be helping more in the bedroom, but with fan it was OK.
