Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Apartment Sara” listed online, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But honestly? This little gem completely caught me off guard. The moment you walk in and see that seaview, you get it. I mean, we’re talking about waking up to actual ocean stretching out in front of you, not some sliver of blue between buildings that technically counts as “sea glimpse.”

The apartment itself feels like staying at someone’s well-loved family place rather than a sterile hotel room – and I mean that in the best way possible. Sara (I’m assuming that’s the owner) clearly knows what travelers actually need. The kitchen’s got everything you’d want if you’re the type who likes to grab fresh stuff from the local market, and there’s this lived-in comfort that makes you settle in immediately. You know what really sold me though? The way the morning light hits that main room around 8 AM. It’s the kind of thing you can’t fake in photos, but when you’re there with your coffee, watching fishing boats head out… well, it just works.

What’s wild is that 9.8 rating – at first I thought it had to be inflated, because honestly, how often do places actually live up to those numbers? But after spending a few days there, I totally get it. It’s not trying to be fancy or impress you with marble lobbies. Instead, it nails all the stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, the shower has proper water pressure, and you can actually sleep through the night without street noise (though you’ll definitely hear the waves, which is perfect). Sara responds to messages quickly too – none of that “we’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours” nonsense.

The location’s pretty sweet if you’re looking to avoid the touristy chaos but still want to be close enough to everything. I’d walk down to this little café most mornings – probably a 3-minute stroll – where the locals grab their espresso before work. That’s when you know you’ve found something good, when you start developing these little routines like you’re temporarily living there instead of just passing through. Sure, it’s not going to have a concierge or room service, but honestly, who needs that when you’ve got a sea view that changes completely depending on the weather and time of day?

  Location was great in a small bay, with plenty of restaurants on the edge of the water and a small grocery store that had a good selection of foods if you are self catering. Nice walks around to the next bay. Easy to hop in a taxi to Budva. The photographs are accurate. Easy communication with the host.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. Nice balcony with a lovely view, plenty of room in the apartment. Freshly made pastries on arrival.

  Everything was perfect – great view, shops very near, good restaurants. There were a lot of places to visit walking or by car. The apartment was very clean, very well designed and equipped with everything you need.

  The appartment is neatly clean, mint new. The kitchen is equpied much more than usual standard. There is everything you could possible need. The AC is powerfull enough to cool the room even in oudsite tempreture of 36'C. Thera are even beach umbrellas to use. Private parking lot is also highly appreciated in the peak season. The communication was perfect.
  
  What could be improved: The town beach is 4/5 occupided with sunbeads to rent for 40 Eur. Two other beautiful beaches (king and queen's) has recently been turn privat. Addig the fact thad we come at the day of National holiday, the beaches were extremly crowded.

  A very nice location with beautiful sea view! We came at the New Year Eve and asked the Host if they could decorate the apartment. We were so happy to have a beautifully decorated place for celebration with super charming welcome gifts: a bottle of wine and self-made yummy pastry. The sea was two-minutes away. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

  Es war großartig! Entzückendes Appartment, tolle Gastgeber, wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr sauber, 3 Minuten zum Strand und vielen guten Lokalen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.

  В помешканні є все, що необхідно для комфортного проживання. Рушників, постільної білизни, посуду і техніки для приготування їжі було багато. Також, були надані навіть парасольки для пляжу.
