There’s proper kitchen space (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), decent Wi-Fi that actually works, and – this matters more than you’d think – good water pressure in the shower.

What really sold me on the location is how it gives you options. Want to hit Budva’s beaches and restaurants? Easy drive down the hill. Need groceries or want to see how locals actually live? You’re right there in a real neighborhood. The parking situation is way less stressful than anywhere in central Budva, which anyone who’s driven around there in July will appreciate. And you know what? Sometimes it’s nice to step outside and hear birds instead of drunk tourists at 2 AM. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should. The check-in was straightforward, the place was clean without that overpowering chemical smell some rentals have, and there were actually decent coffee supplies in the kitchen (small thing, but it matters when you’re figuring out your morning routine). I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to explore more of the Budva area rather than just parking myself on one beach for a week.
