Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Apartment SVS” pop up in my search results, I almost scrolled past it. The name doesn’t exactly scream luxury, you know? But man, was I wrong about this place. Sometimes the best spots are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you upfront, and this 4-star gem is exactly that kind of pleasant surprise.

What struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about getting you settled in properly. None of that rushed check-in nonsense where they’re already looking at the next person in line – they took time to explain the neighborhood, pointed out the good coffee spot around the corner (which, honestly, saved my mornings), and even mentioned which grocery store stays open late. The apartment itself? Well, it’s got that lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel room. The kitchen actually has proper knives and real plates – I mean, you’d be surprised how many places skimp on the basics. And the bed… look, I’m picky about mattresses, but I slept like a baby every single night.

Here’s the thing that really won me over though – it’s the little details that nobody mentions in the standard reviews. The windows actually block out street noise (thank god, because I’m a light sleeper), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and the wifi doesn’t cut out every time someone in the building starts streaming Netflix. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the place just smells clean without that overwhelming chemical scent some hotels blast everywhere. The location works really well too – you’re not stuck in some touristy bubble, but you’re also not stranded somewhere inconvenient. I could walk to most places I wanted to check out, and when I couldn’t, getting a ride was never a hassle. That 9.6 rating isn’t just people being nice – this place genuinely gets the fundamentals right, which is honestly rarer than it should be these days.

  Very clean, great underground parking space. The owner provided us with extremely helpful tips, which saved us a lot of time with the Budva traffic and made us avoid mistakes like lackluster beaches. There is truly nothing negative to mention. We won't think twice on where to stay if we go to Budva again. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with this apartment.
