The place runs quiet, even when it’s busy, which tells me the walls are actually decent and the other guests tend to be the type who aren’t blasting music at 2 AM. Parking was actually manageable too, which honestly surprised me because that’s usually where these smaller places fall apart. The whole setup just works in a way that makes you realize how many other places get the basics wrong. It’s not trying to be fancy or Instagram-perfect, but everything you need is there and it all functions the way it should. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a place that lets you focus on why you’re traveling instead of wrestling with broken air conditioning or sketchy WiFi.

  Firstly, the hosts were amazing and attentive. They provided whatever we needed and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, close to many beaches and a minute walk to the city-centre. Would highly recommend.

  The position was good. Less than 15 minutes walk from Old Budva.
  
  What could be improved: Payment allowed only cash – no sense for such a big amount and it wasn't mentioned during the booking process;
  Flat not properly cleaned, I found hair on my bed and a few silverfishes appeared in my room, not nice;
  Bathroom too small and the doors of the shower cabin were broken and it wasn't possible to close them properly;
  No big towels (for shower) provided.

  Очень тихое и уютное место в самом центре города. Рынок, набережная и море все в 5 мин ходьбы. Отзывчивые и внимательные хозяйки. Есть детская площадка.
