You know what caught me off guard about Apartments Bibic? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be fancy, but somehow gets all the important stuff right. I mean, sure, it’s technically a 3-star spot, but honestly – and I’ve stayed at plenty of overpriced “luxury” places – this felt way more comfortable than hotels charging twice as much.

The apartments themselves are what I’d call genuinely livable. Not Instagram-perfect or anything, but you can actually spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The kitchenettes are small but functional – I’m talking real burners that heat up properly and a fridge that’s bigger than those mini-bar sized things you usually get. There’s something refreshing about being able to make your morning coffee without having to hunt down the nearest café every single day. The Wi-Fi actually works too, which… look, I know that should be a given in 2024, but you’d be surprised how many places still mess this up. The whole setup feels like staying in a friend’s spare apartment rather than some sterile hotel room.

What really sold me on the place was how the staff handled things – no fake smiles or rehearsed greetings, just straightforward, helpful people who seemed to actually know the area. Check-in was quick and they had this casual way of sharing local tips that felt genuine rather than scripted. The building itself has that lived-in European apartment feel – you know, thick walls that actually block out street noise (a godsend if you’re a light sleeper like me) and windows that open properly for fresh air. I noticed the cleaning crew was thorough without being intrusive, and they restocked the basics without making a big production of it. Honestly, after staying here, going back to those cookie-cutter chain hotels feels kind of soulless. The 8.3 rating makes perfect sense – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does offer is solid, comfortable, and reasonably priced. If you’re the type who values having your own space and doesn’t need someone fluffing your pillows twice a day, this place gets it right.

  Location on the heights, magnificent view, very pleasant salt pool.

  Good family run apartment hotel at the mountain near Ploche and Trsteno Beaches. When booking, you need to ask exact location of the room. 3 and 4 floors of the main buliding are the best, despite you need to climb the stares. In general one of the best places if you are with the car and can drive to beaches.
  
  What could be improved: If you are at the first floor, or near the basin apartment, it is a noise from basin, smoke from other guests cigarettes and early in the morning really huge dog is whinning for food.

  Excellent property, great place to stay. I highly recommend anyone who wants to avoid the BUDVA traffic come to this location.

  Modern, new, amazing view, nice for a bunch of families to go together.
