But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The 9.6 rating isn’t just inflated reviews from people’s relatives – it’s genuinely earned.

What struck me right away was how the staff treats you more like a neighbor than a hotel guest. Check-in felt relaxed, no rushing or corporate script nonsense. The apartments themselves have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake – I mean, the kitchen actually has proper knives and more than two working burners, which honestly puts it ahead of half the places I’ve stayed. The beds are firm without being punishing, and the shower pressure is surprisingly decent (you know how apartment buildings can be with water pressure). There’s this attention to small details that you don’t expect from a 3-star place – good lighting for reading, enough outlets where you actually need them, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every time someone in the next unit starts streaming something.

The neighborhood has that authentic feel you can’t manufacture. Mornings are quiet except for the occasional delivery truck, but evenings have this gentle buzz of local life happening around you. I loved that I could grab groceries and cook when I didn’t feel like going out, but there were also plenty of spots within walking distance when I did want to explore. Parking was straightforward – no circling blocks or paying premium rates just to leave your car somewhere. The whole setup just works without any drama or hassle, which is rarer than it should be. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with marble lobbies or infinity pools, but sometimes what you really want is a place that feels like home without the pretense. If you’re the type who values substance over flash and appreciates when a place just gets the basics really, really right, you’ll understand why this spot has such loyal guests.

  Everything was fine. Apartment is new and clean, bed is very comfortable, we liked the balcony and the view. The owner was very helpful and polite.

  Great place with the huge bed.
  Quite neighborhood, amazing and cheap restaurant with local food one minute walk away, and the biggest mall there as well.

  Yatak çok rahat ve geniş, balkonu kocaman, önü açık olduğu için ışık alıyor, gürültülü bir yer değil uyumak kolay, park yeri var.
  Mr. Petar’a ulaşmak çok kolaydı, kibardı ve çok yardımcı oldu.
  Old town yürüyerek 30 dk ve yürümek de kolay. Araçla ulaşım da kolaydı. Yine Budva’ya yolum düşerse yine kalmak isterim.
