The building itself has this solid, no-nonsense vibe that reminded me why I actually prefer apartment-style stays over cramped hotel rooms. You know what really got me? The lobby had this lived-in feeling, like real people actually hang out there instead of just rushing through.

The apartments themselves are where this place really shines. I mean, having a proper kitchen changes everything – suddenly you’re not at the mercy of overpriced room service or hunting for decent restaurants at weird hours. The one I stayed in had this surprisingly spacious layout with windows that actually opened (you’d be amazed how many places seal you in completely). The furniture wasn’t trying to be Instagram-perfect, just comfortable and functional, which honestly felt refreshing. There’s something to be said for a place that prioritizes substance over style – the couch was actually soft enough to fall asleep on, and the dining table was big enough to spread out your laptop and actually get work done. The bathroom was clean and modern, though I’ll warn you the shower pressure varies depending on the time of day. Early morning? Perfect. Evening rush? Well, let’s just say patience is a virtue.

What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night – for a place in what seems like a fairly active area, you can actually sleep without earplugs. The staff has this refreshingly straightforward approach too; they’ll give you practical advice without the fake enthusiasm you get at some places. When I asked about grocery stores nearby, the guy at the front desk actually drew me a little map showing which one had the best produce and which one stayed open latest. That 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days – it’s not flashy or luxurious, but everything just works the way it should. The WiFi is solid, the heating responds when you adjust it, and checkout doesn’t involve any surprise fees or awkward conversations about the minibar. If you’re the type who values having your own space and appreciates when a place delivers exactly what it promises without any fuss, you’ll get why people keep coming back here.

  Super clean and comfy room. Location is okay 10-15min by bus to Old town, 35ish by walking.

  Konumu güzel, sahile birkaç dakika uzaklıkta. Otobüs terminaline de yürüyerek rahatlıkla gidip gelebilirsiniz. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için ideal.

  Хорошее расположение, приятная хозяйка, сама нас зарегистрировала, рядом магазины, фруктовые ларьки, кулинария, кафе, тихий район
  
  What could be improved: Уставший ремонт, мебель, балкон чисто символический, на нем нельзя посидеть за столом, посуда собрана из остатков, нет ни плиты ни микроволновки. Можно пережить на 1-2 ночи

  Очень приятный хозяин Новак, вместе с нами сходил в туристический центр, где мы сделали временную регистрацию.
  Расположение аппартаментов хорошее, близко пляж, автобусеная остановка, магазин, пекарня. В 15 минутах находится автовокзал Будвы. Есть в номере для 3 человек терраса,
  
  What could be improved: Вода в умывальнике в ванной не сходила, нам наверное не повезло, перед нами жили в этом номере молодые люди, которые оставили все в очень грязном состоянии, поэтому пришлось ждать дольше, чтобы нам привели в порядок наш апартамент, хорошо, что рядом был пляж, где можно было это ожидание скоротать.
