It’s one of those places that actually lives up to its name – you really are right in the heart of everything, but somehow they’ve managed to keep it from feeling like you’re sleeping above a nightclub. I mean, Budva’s old town gets pretty lively during summer nights, but the way these apartments are positioned, you get that perfect sweet spot where you can walk to the action in maybe two minutes, then come back to something that feels surprisingly peaceful.

The apartment setup is honestly what sold me on this place. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms with paper-thin walls – we’re talking proper apartments with actual kitchens you’d want to cook in and living spaces where you can spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage. The 4-star rating isn’t just marketing fluff either; they’ve clearly put thought into the details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. Good water pressure (trust me, this matters more than you think in Montenegro), decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every time someone else logs on, and air conditioning that can actually handle those sticky August afternoons when the Adriatic breeze decides to take a break.

What really gets me is how they’ve nailed the location without sacrificing comfort. You’re close enough to smell the coffee from the cafés along Njegoševa Street in the morning – and honestly, starting your day with that aroma drifting through your windows isn’t the worst way to wake up. The beach is basically a pleasant stroll away, which means you can pop back to rinse off the salt and sand without it being this whole expedition. And here’s something locals know but tourists often miss – being in the center means you’re within walking distance of the bus station, so if you want to explore places like Kotor or Cetinje for a day trip, you don’t need to figure out taxi drama or worry about parking. The 9.2 rating makes total sense when you actually stay there; it’s not perfect (I mean, what place is?), but it hits all the marks that matter without any deal-breaking downsides. Whether you’re planning to use it as a base for exploring the coast or just want to soak up Budva’s energy without constantly commuting, this place gets the balance right.

  We had a wonderful few days at the apartment, it was spotless clean. It is right in the center, near to the beach and the old town. Branka and her husband gave us a very warm welcome, they were also assisting us with organizing a transport from Dubrovnik airport, checking in with us if everything is okay and gave a few good recommendations for restaurants near the property. Would definitely return to stay. The apartment is beside a very busy road, it might be disturbing to some people, but with the sound insulated windows we had a very good sleep there.

  Things are clean and good, quiet surroundings, groceries and restaurants are within 5-10 mins of walk. The hosts are extremely friendly and warm!!

  Sensational accommodation. The hosts are wonderful people, very welcoming & warm. We had a glass or two of grappa with them as a welcoming drink.
  
  Our studio apartment was spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden & mountains. The room was spotless, with a modern bathroom & decor. Location is perfect, walking distance to attractions & restaurants. There is great bakery at the bottom of the stairs, we recommend popping in for a coffee & pastries.
  Secure parking on site was great.
  
  Best accommodation we've had & the hosts made our stay memorial.

  The parking is free. Hosts were very hospitable. They showed us good restorant for lunch. There is a Bakery and Market next to the door. The old town is 15 min away. The old town is beautiful.
