Here’s what I love about this spot — you can actually walk to Budva’s Old Town in about 15 minutes, but you’re tucked away enough that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM. The parking situation is fantastic too, which anyone who’s driven around Montenegro’s coast will appreciate. Having your own guaranteed spot right on-site means you can explore the area without worrying about finding somewhere to leave your car when you get back. I mean, try doing that in the town center and you’ll quickly understand why this matters.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment I stayed in was clean, functional, and surprisingly spacious for the price point. You’ve got your own kitchen setup, which is perfect if you want to grab some fresh seafood from the local market and cook it yourself — something I’d definitely recommend trying. The room was comfortable enough, though don’t expect designer furniture or anything fancy. What you get is practical space that works well for couples (apparently other guests agree, since couples rate this place really highly).

Practical Considerations

One thing that struck me was how well-maintained everything felt despite being a smaller property. The owners clearly care about keeping things in good shape, and it shows in the details. You’re not getting a spa or elaborate amenities, but you don’t really need them when you’re this close to some of Montenegro’s best beaches. The Adriatic is literally your backyard entertainment. There’s no fancy restaurant on-site either, but honestly, with Budva’s dining scene so accessible, that’s not really a problem.

You get a great location, reliable amenities, and owners who actually seem to care about your experience. For couples especially, this hits that sweet spot of being romantic enough (those Adriatic sunsets don’t hurt) while still being practical for a real vacation where you might want to cook breakfast or do some laundry.

  The accommodation was great and also with parking space in front of the house. The check-in took place quickly and without problems, everything was prepared for us.

  Landlords are super friendly and helpful. Apartments are very-very-Very clean. Well equipped kitchen, Strong WiFi, private parking, beautiful garden. Pet friendly – Three kittens in the yard made our day)
  Nice location – you’ll find cafes and supermarkets nearby, but it’s a quite place without noise and crowds.
