I mean, with a 9.3 rating you’d expect something decent, but this place genuinely surprised me in ways that those sterile hotel chains never do. The apartments have this lived-in quality that doesn’t feel staged, like someone’s cool aunt decorated them with actual thought instead of just ordering everything from a catalog. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer, but actual space to make coffee the way you like it or heat up those local pastries you inevitably buy too many of.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually know the area, not just the tourist trap version of it. When I asked about breakfast spots, the front desk guy didn’t just hand me a brochure – he started drawing little maps and explaining which bakery opens earliest and where locals go for proper coffee. The soundproofing is honestly better than most four-star places I’ve stayed; you’re not lying awake listening to your neighbor’s TV or street noise, which is something I’ve learned to never take for granted. The cleaning was thorough without that overwhelming chemical smell some places have, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that “let me walk you through seventeen amenities you’ll never use” routine.

I’ll be honest, it’s not going to wow you with flashy lobbies or infinity pools, but that’s sort of the point. This is the kind of place where you actually feel settled after the first night instead of still living out of your suitcase. The value is ridiculous when you consider what you’d pay for something comparable elsewhere, and there’s something to be said for staying somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room with a kitchenette awkwardly shoved in the corner. If you’re the type who appreciates genuine hospitality over marble everything and wants a base that doesn’t eat half your travel budget, Harmonija gets it right in all the ways that actually matter.

  Thank you very much for hosting, and for your high morals and kindness. The place is clean and quiet, the view of the sea is good, and all supplies are available, and close to everything..grocery, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants.
