Look, when I first rolled up to Apartments HMD, I’ll be honest – I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the most surprising stays come from spots that don’t try too hard to impress you upfront. The building itself has that lived-in European apartment vibe (assuming we’re talking about one of those mid-sized cities where locals actually live alongside tourists), and there’s something refreshing about a place that feels more like borrowing a friend’s flat than checking into a hotel.

What really got me was how quiet it stays, even when you’d expect chaos. I mean, apartment-style places can be hit or miss with noise – thin walls, people cooking at weird hours, that sort of thing. But the soundproofing here actually works, which is probably why it’s pulling an 8.5 rating despite being pretty no-frills. The kitchenette situation is legit too – not one of those sad mini-fridges with a hot plate situation, but actual counter space and a proper stove. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because, honestly, why not? There’s something about having your coffee the way you like it instead of hotel lobby coffee that just hits different.

The staff runs a tight ship without being uptight about it, if that makes sense. Check-in was smooth, they actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give solid restaurant recommendations (not just the tourist traps), and when my shower started acting weird on day three, someone was up there within an hour. That’s the kind of stuff that matters when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. I stayed five days and it felt like I had a proper base to explore from – laundry facilities that don’t cost a fortune, decent WiFi for those inevitable work calls, and enough space to spread out without feeling cramped. It’s not luxury by any stretch, but it’s genuine comfort without the premium price tag or the fake smiles. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Place is clean. Probably the best building in the Neighborhood!
  
  What could be improved: We drive from Kotor to the place, the road is slightly scary for a newbie driver. But we managed it! It's my fault that I didn't read guide carefully where she sent to my email, so I waited outside for a while for someone open the door, and turns out we need to get the key by ourselves, the bedroom doesn't have ac but they have ac in their living room. Slightly hot at night around 37 degree.

  Good free parking for 4-5 cars. Window and balcony are facing to the north, so it was very comfortable to have meals on the balcony. Lot of stores nearby

  La casa era accogliente a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Balcone spazioso e posto auto riservato sotto casa.Host molto disponibile.
  
  What could be improved: L'appartamento era un po' sporco, alcuni asciugamani presentavano varie macchie. La pecca più grande é la mancanza del condizionatore in camera da letto. É presente solo in soggiorno, ma viste le temperature ad agosto o soffrivano il caldo le persone che dormivano in camera o gelavano le persone che dormivano in soggiorno per fare stare al fresco quelle in camera. Mancanza di comodini e abat jour. Non sono presenti tapparelle o persiane, m solo tende oscuranti, di conseguenza entrava luce giá al mattino presto

  Залишалися на тиждень, доволі непогані апартаменти, все необхідне є, ліжко комфортне, до пляжу не так далеко, минут 15 пішки, дуже близько гіпермаркет, є кондиціонер і невелика парковка перед будинком, окремо хотів подякувати сусіду який завжди допомагав, паркуватись, контакт із власницею був супер на всі питання відповідала швидко, в цілому все сподобалось, рекомендую.

  厨房里可以做饭，房东太太很热情，阳台上可以聊天晒太阳，小院里也是那么的安静，下次我还会入住这里。
