The owners clearly thought about what people actually need when they’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. I found myself making coffee in the morning and just… lingering, which doesn’t happen often when I’m traveling. The Wi-Fi works reliably (always a concern with smaller places), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.

Here’s the thing that really impressed me though – the rating of 8.6 isn’t just some inflated number. You can tell the people running this place actually care about getting the details right. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no weird surprises about tourist taxes or hidden fees that pop up at the last minute. The neighborhood has this authentic feel where you’ll hear actual residents going about their daily lives instead of just other tourists dragging suitcases around at all hours. I noticed the owners were around and approachable without being hovering – they seemed genuinely interested in making sure things worked well for guests. The cleaning was thorough (I’m picky about bathrooms, and these passed the test), and honestly, the whole place just felt well-maintained without being obsessively pristine. It’s the kind of spot where you might extend your stay a day or two because it’s comfortable and the price makes sense, especially if you’re the type who likes having your own space and maybe cooking a meal instead of eating out every night. Perfect for couples or small families who want something more personal than a big chain hotel but with better reliability than some random Airbnb.

  Apartments. My mom and I were located in room #10. Very cozy large room, with a comfortable layout. There is a large bed in the bedroom and two folding chairs in the kitchen near the balcony, I slept on one of them and my mother on the bed, both places are comfortable. Despite the hot weather, we never turned on the air conditioner, the room has a natural coolness and excellent ventilation. The apartment had everything you needed, lots of towels, any dishes. Separately, I liked that all the linen smells fresh and clean, some kind of fragrant soap)
  
  Location. Very convenient location: 5-7 minutes to the sea, 3 minutes to the bus stop in Budva, 5 minutes to the Idea supermarket. It is very close and convenient (via tonel) to get to the most beautiful beach – Kamenovo.
  
  A great hostess Vesna, very hospitable, friendly and patient. She responded to any of our requests, always answered messages quickly, helped us with the transfer.

  The woman who let us in, upgraded our room to a 1 bed flat with a terrace for free! That was unexpected and very nice from her. Also we had like hungreds of towels 😊 The view from the balcony was really nice – sea view.
  
  What could be improved: Well, tricky parking, narrow street. So, do not rent a big car. We had a mini car, so was all good. Also we did not find a blanket to cover up for night and the conditioning was very very loud.
