You know what struck me first about Apartments LORA? It’s got this sort of understated confidence that you don’t always find in apart-hotels. I mean, it doesn’t scream luxury at you, but there’s this quiet attention to detail that becomes obvious once you’re actually staying there. The lobby has this warm, residential feel – honestly, it reminded me more of visiting a well-designed friend’s building than checking into a typical hotel.

The apartments themselves are where LORA really shines, and I get why it pulls an 8.6 rating. Each unit feels like someone actually thought about how you’d live there, not just sleep there. The kitchens aren’t those sad hotel kitchenettes with two plates and a broken can opener – they’re properly equipped spaces where you could actually cook a decent meal if you wanted to. I ended up making breakfast most mornings because, well, the setup just invited it. The living areas have enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re camping in a hotel room, which is honestly refreshing after staying in so many cramped city properties. What really impressed me was the soundproofing – I barely heard my neighbors, even though I know the building was pretty full during my stay.

The service hits that sweet spot between helpful and non-intrusive. Check-in was smooth (they actually remembered my name the next day, which doesn’t happen often), and when I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, someone was up to sort it out within twenty minutes. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work – I’m talking hospital corners and perfectly aligned amenities, but without that sterile hotel feeling. Location-wise, you’re in a spot where you can actually feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just visiting, if that makes sense. There’s a rhythm to the neighborhood that you pick up on after a day or two. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevators can be a bit slow during busy periods – not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you’re on one of the higher floors and running late. Overall though, LORA does this interesting thing where it combines the independence of having your own space with just enough hotel-level service to make everything feel effortless. It’s the kind of place that makes you think about extending your stay.

Early hotels booking in Budva requires advance planning during peak summer seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beaches and vibrant nightlife.

  The location of the accommodation is in the very center of the city. I am satisfied with the way the accommodation looks and the cleanliness. The accommodation has all the necessary household appliances.

  Very large room. Great view and location. Great location. Modern and clean look. All of the appliances worked very well. Very large and nice bathroom. A fair value. Best apartment I had in Montenegro.

  Location is great – in the center of Budva and 5 min from the beach. The apartment had spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, good lighting, TV and good WIFI. Terrace was also nice, big enough for 4 people. The building has 2 elevators. There was AC in every room and it was functioning very well. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The quality of cleaning could be better – our terrace floor was covered with sand, blankets had stains and the sheets in one room had holes in it. In overall the apartment could use some minor repairments for freshening it up (especially in the shower room). Chairs on the terrace should be also changed. NO parking available in the building – the underground paid parking is only for the guests of the hotel and they do not sell them to the apartment visitors. In general, parking in Budva is a headache if you don't have a parking space provided by the apartment. One unpleasant surprising thing was that during one week stay they did not provide cleaning (only if paid extra), taking out trash, providing toilet paper etc.
  Our apartment was on the 10th floor and the music from the rooftop bar was loudly heard on several nights, also some noise from the streets, so be advised if you are looking for a quiet stay.

  Property was in a really good location and it had really good AC.
  
  What could be improved: The property owner wasn’t the friendliest on arrival seemed very annoyed as I was told to contact him 30 minutes prior to arrival however after landing in Podgorica I did not have any data to contact until we actually got to Budva and I connected to someone’s wifi, after calling him he wasn’t very pleased and upon meeting him was not the nicest. Also I was pre charged for the apartment which I was aware of and was told the pay the rest at the apartment however upon arrival I was told I had to go and take out cash because that’s all he took which was very inconvenient because it was just under $1,000 euros. The mattresses had yellow stains underneath the sheet. The owner only gave us one card between us 5 people, I then requested for one more and was asked for a 10 euro deposit which I gladly gave but then I never got back. Our check out was meant to be 11am, the owner messaged me saying it was 10am so I sent a screenshot of the booking and he agreed to 11am however we still had a cleaner knock on our door at 10:30am to clean the apartment after explaining our checkout was at 11am she also seemed very angry. We were also left 2 rolls of toilet paper. When we opened the fridge it stunk like sausages, we then only realised a day after that the fridge was actually turned off and wasn’t working. There was also no bin bags which we were then forced to buy our own to handle our rubbish.

  What could be improved: Apartman je prostran, ali za 4 osobe nije. S obzirom da postoji jedan bracni krevet, jedna sofa koja se ne razvlaci i dobili smo jedan pomocni lezaj koji se ne moze nazvati krevetom i na kom se ne moze spavati.
  Takodje cistoca i urednost apartmana nisu na zavidnom nivou s obzirom na cenu.
