Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about Apartments M Palace? The name made me expect some over-the-top marble lobby situation, but it’s actually much more sophisticated than that. When I first walked in, I was honestly impressed by how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between upscale and approachable – there’s definitely luxury here, but it doesn’t feel stuffy or like you need to whisper in the hallways.

The apartment-style setup is where this place really shines, and I mean that. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner. We’re talking proper kitchens with full-size appliances, living areas where you can actually spread out, and – this is the part that sold me – bedrooms that feel like bedrooms, not afterthoughts. The 4-star rating feels spot-on; it’s polished without being pretentious. I stayed for almost a week, and by day three it genuinely felt like having a really nice temporary apartment rather than camping out in a hotel room. The housekeeping staff clearly knows what they’re doing too – they managed to keep everything spotless without making you feel like you were being invaded every morning.

What really tells the story though is that 9.3 rating, and honestly, I get it. The little details add up here in ways that surprised me. Check-in was smooth (no standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation”), the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire space, and the beds are legitimately comfortable – not just hotel-marketing comfortable. I’m usually pretty skeptical of high ratings because, let’s be real, sometimes they’re inflated, but this one feels earned. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re someone who needs constant room service or a concierge holding your hand, this might feel a bit more independent than you’re looking for. But if you want the space to live a little while you’re traveling, with all the backup support of a quality hotel when you need it, it’s pretty much perfect. I’d definitely book it again, which for me is always the real test.

  I will begin with the man who welcomed us:he was simply very nice;he helped us with the luggage with a wide smile.
  The location is perfect. it is a minute walk to the old Town.
  How clean????VERY clean.The even cleaned the room and changed the towels(I didn't expect that)

  Modern and perfect apartment for a stay in Budva. We even had a balcony (even if the view was in front of a hotel), but still a balcony with chairs and the possibility of hanging the laundry. Parking place thanks to the flexibility of the staff.
  
  What could be improved: It's a bit difficult to find the place with the car. Google maps is not a great support in that case. You find yourself in a road that leads you to a hotel parking, and in the end – just before the parking barrier – you have to go right where another barrier is.. but then you find the building. Luckily one member of the staff was on the road and indicated us the way.

  The room was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location close to both the beach and the old town. The amenities were also excellent. I really appreciated having bathrobes and slippers. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, which made our stay wonderful. Thank you!
  
  What could be improved: The location is a bit hard to find. The address listed on Booking.com might be incorrect. Even when searching the address on Google Maps, it doesn't seem to be recognized, so I recommend pinning the location on the map and sharing it with the taxi company when calling a taxi.

  What could be improved: I love everything about the facility, the staff and very comfortable.
  The issues were that my child saw a bed bug on her bed. Then I related it to the several marks of insect bites on my skin.
  Also, as a family of 5, the soap in the bathroom was not sufficient and we requested for another but only to be told that they got no soaps.
  I also observed that the cover clothes kept on the bed were not change after cleaning the apartment.

  Lady working at the reception was so nice and accommodating. Clean apartment. Good location.

  Great apartment in the centre of Budva, near the old town. Very clean, cosy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
  Owner and staff were very nice. Amazing location, close to a grocery store, old town, the waterfront and beaches.
  
  What could be improved: It's difficult to find the apartment. It would help to have better signage.
