You know what surprised me most about Apartments Mitende? How quiet it actually gets at night. I mean, when you’re staying in apartment-style accommodations, you’re usually prepared for some neighbor noise or street sounds filtering through – but this place has this oddly peaceful quality that caught me off guard. Maybe it’s the way the building sits, or just good luck with fellow guests, but I slept better here than I expected to.

The apartments themselves are honestly pretty solid for what you’re paying. Nothing fancy – we’re talking 3-star territory here – but everything works the way it should, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed. The kitchenette setup is actually useful (not just decorative like some hotels do), and I appreciated having real counter space to spread out. The bathroom’s compact but functional, and the shower pressure was decent enough. What really won me over was how clean everything felt – not that sterile hotel clean, but genuinely well-maintained clean, if that makes sense. You can tell someone actually cares about the upkeep.

Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too. No endless paperwork or upselling attempts, just friendly efficiency. The staff seemed to actually know their neighborhood well – they pointed me toward this local bakery that I never would’ve found otherwise, and their dinner recommendations were spot-on rather than the usual tourist trap suggestions. I think what impressed me most was their honesty about timing things. They told me exactly when the nearby market gets busy (avoid Saturday mornings unless you enjoy crowds) and which evenings tend to be liveliest in the area. That kind of local insight is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to get a feel for a place. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. For apartment-style accommodations, you’re getting genuine value and a place that feels more like a temporary home base than just another hotel room.

  very professionally run. Host is very attentive, nice and responding quickly to every message. 
  
  Nice modern studio with aircon was big enough (even for 3) with small kitchenette for basic cooking (mind no oven and no MW) with oil, salt, sugar and coffee available.
  
  Studio is situated towards garden thanks to this it is quiet and balcony is facing north – you can enjoy it whole day without being exposed to sun. Washing machine even with washing liquid was there too. Roof pool is nice bonus. Big sandy beach Becici is 6min walking and to Budva historic center you can walk on beach promenade directly from Becici beach (tunnel starts beside hotel Harmonia) for about 3km – nice walk with many restaurants and icecreams.

  Zoka is one of the most friedliest hosts I ever met. Every contact with her was perfect. The Apartments are very well equiped and has a beatiful view. The pool in the terrace is a nice plus. I regret of not staying a bit more there.

  Very nice view from the bedroom(app.13), nice terrace with barbeque on the roof of building, close to the beach and shops. Walking distance from the city center.
