The apartments themselves are pretty solid for what you’re paying – and I say that as someone who’s stayed in way too many so-called “3-star” places in Montenegro that barely deserve two. The owners clearly get that travelers want actual space to spread out, not just a bed crammed into a closet. My apartment had this little kitchenette that actually worked (shocking, I know), which saved me from eating overpriced tourist food every single meal. The Wi-Fi was reliable enough for video calls, though honestly, you’re in Budva – maybe put the laptop away for a few days? The building’s got that newer construction feel without being sterile, and here’s something you don’t always get in this part of town: proper sound insulation. Even during the peak summer madness, I could actually sleep without earplugs.

What really won me over was how the whole operation runs smoothly without feeling corporate. Check-in was straightforward, the place was spotless, and when I had a question about local bus schedules (because renting a car in Budva in July is basically financial suicide), they actually knew useful stuff instead of just shrugging and pointing toward the tourist office. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be fancy, just genuinely comfortable and well-run. You’re close enough to walk to Slovenska Beach when you want that crystal-clear Adriatic experience, but far enough from the waterfront hotel scene that you’re not paying resort prices for everything. Plus, there’s decent parking nearby, which anyone who’s driven in Budva will tell you is worth its weight in gold. If you’re the type who wants a clean, spacious base for exploring Montenegro without the tourist trap markup, this place delivers exactly what it promises.

  Очень удобное местоположение вообще сказка, рядом магазин, пляж в пару минутах ходьбы, в апартаментах есть все необходимое полотенца, стиральные, моющие, посуда, стиральная машина, короче все есть, терраса удобная, кондиционер. Владелец жилья очень приятный, предоставил трансфер за небольшую плату, принес нам то что я еще просила из посуды, предлагал уборку, чистые полотенца, короче максимально комфортно, сами апартаменты достаточно просторные, вай фай для работы мне надо было работал отлично. Рекомендую, а мы еще обязательно вернемся
