Hotel Description

You know what really caught me off guard about Apartments Nikčević? The place doesn’t look like much from the outside – honestly, I almost walked past it twice looking for some grand hotel entrance. But that 9.2 rating isn’t there by accident, and I figured that out pretty quickly once I got settled in.

The thing is, this isn’t your typical hotel experience, and I mean that in the best way possible. These are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner. I’m talking full kitchens where you can actually cook (the stove works, the pans aren’t warped, miracle of miracles), and living spaces that feel like someone’s well-kept home rather than a sterile corporate box. The owner – I’m assuming that’s the Nikčević family – clearly put thought into the details that matter. Fresh linens that actually smell clean, decent water pressure in the shower, and windows that open wide enough to get proper airflow going. Small things, but you notice them when they’re done right.

What really sold me was how quiet it gets at night. I mean, you’re not in the middle of nowhere, but somehow the sounds of the city fade to this gentle hum rather than the usual urban chaos that keeps you tossing around until 2 AM. The walls must be thicker than average because I never heard my neighbors – and trust me, after staying in places where you know exactly when the guy next door brushes his teeth, that’s a genuine relief. During the day there’s enough life around to feel connected to the neighborhood, but come evening it settles into this peaceful rhythm that actually lets you unwind. The whole setup feels less like a three-star accommodation and more like borrowing a friend’s place – if your friend happened to have really good taste and kept everything spotless. I kept expecting to find some catch, some corner they’d cut to keep costs down, but honestly? The worst thing I can say is that the coffee cups are a bit small, and that’s reaching. For the price point, especially considering you get a whole apartment rather than just a room, it’s one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve cracked some sort of travel code.

  It was really peaceful to stay in the homes of so many friendly people. If I go again, I would definitely prefer this place again. (When you stay on the top floor, you can't get enough of the sea view!!!)

  What could be improved: Every evening we have showered with cold water. Moreover the water pressure was really bad. The room was full with ants, we couldn’t leave any food or snack opened neither for 2 minutes.

  6 kişilik gruptuk. İhtiyacimiz olan hersey vardı. Maria ‘nin yardımları , nezaketi , hediye ve ikramları çok güzel jestlerdi. Kendimizi çok güvende hissettik . Tekrar rezervasyon yaptıracağız.

  Bardzo mili właściciele, oferujący stały kontakt i pomoc. Super położenie domu: blisko plaży, dobra bazą wypadową na zwiedzanie kraju, a równocześnie nie przy samej drodze, jest trampolina i huśtawki dla dzieci w ogrodzie. Apartament w pełni wyposażony, klimatyzowany, zawiera wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia.
  
  What could be improved: Mieliśmy niewielkie trudności w znalezieniu adresu – brakuje większego szyldu na budynku. Pomocni okazali się najbliżsi sąsiedzi 🙂
