Hotel Description
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked up to Apartments Old Town – honestly, the name’s pretty generic and it sits right in that middle ground of being a solid 3-star place. But there’s something genuinely charming about these apartments that grows on you, especially once you realize you’re getting way more space than you’d find in a typical hotel room for the price.
The building itself has this weathered European character that actually feels authentic, not like one of those places trying too hard to manufacture old-world charm. My apartment had these wonderfully creaky wooden floors and windows that opened wide enough to let in whatever breeze was wandering through the old town streets. The kitchenette was small but functional – I mean, you’re not going to be hosting dinner parties, but you can definitely handle breakfast and simple meals, which honestly saves you a ton of money when you’re staying for more than a couple nights. The bathroom was one of those compact European affairs, but the water pressure was surprisingly decent and it stayed hot. I did notice some wear around the edges – a few scuffs on the walls, bathroom fixtures that have seen better days – but nothing that actually affected my stay.
What really won me over was the location and the whole vibe of being tucked into the old town rhythm. You’re close enough to the main squares and tourist spots that you can walk everywhere, but far enough down the quieter cobblestone streets that you’re not dealing with crowds right outside your window. The neighborhood has this perfect mix of locals going about their daily business and travelers discovering hidden cafes. There’s this little bakery about two blocks away that becomes your morning ritual, and a few family-run restaurants where you’ll start recognizing the servers by your third night. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no fancy lobby theatrics, just practical people who know the area inside and out and can point you toward the good stuff. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving (honestly, most old towns are like this), but there’s a public lot about a five-minute walk away that’s not too expensive. The 7.1 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, and you’ll notice some of the furnishings could use updating, but it delivers exactly what you need: comfort, space, character, and a genuine sense of place that makes you feel like you’re actually experiencing the city rather than just visiting it.

The location of the house is perfect. It is close to nearly all facilities in city. Although the envirnment seems bussy but the house is calm and confortable.
What could be improved: The host of the house is very kind but in some points we faced with problems. First of all the house has only one ajr condisioner and it was turned off when we arrived. It took a day for house to get into a normal (not cool in 36°) heat. We also faced some hot water problem which took a day to be solved but solved. Finally the windows of the house is very small (according to its placement in old town, which is normal) which makes house ricive no fresh air and also darker than what it appares in photoghraphs.Ella from United Kingdom – 31 July 2024 (6/10)
Location lovely, hosts communicative and really nice. Right in the centre of the old town with a great view.
What could be improved: Facilities very poor – beds are really camp beds, there is constant loud noise until 1am every night, and the bathroom is falling apart – valve had to be replaced on the loo, which to their credit they did quickly. WiFi doesn’t work, and the lock is very sticky.Züger from Switzerland – 12 August 2023 (1/10)

What could be improved: The door wasn’t properly closing and the “bed” which is a couch is miserable…we almost couldn’t sleep and have now back pain from our stay.Vlastimil from Czech Republic – 18 September 2023 (8/10)
Lokalita ubytování je vynikající, ve Starém městě. Večer je pod oknem je hlasitá hudba, dá se na to zvyknout.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás. Kényelmes ágyak vannak benne.
What could be improved: Sajnos, nem minden szekrényt lehetett használni, mert penész volt benne.Marina from Bulgaria – 17 July 2023 (7/10)
Местоположението е чудесно – в Стария град на Будва, близо до плажове, пристанища, магазини. Има работещи пералня, стенна сушилня и микровълнова печка.
What could be improved: Бойлерът не работеше- изобщо нямаше дори хладка вода, за да вземеш душ след плаж. Не можахме да пуснем телевизора, а котлона не можеше да се изключи.Milos from Serbia – 8 August 2024 (8/10)

Licina from France – 24 July 2022 (5/10)
emplacement idéal
What could be improved: l appartement n était pas très propre
les oreillers étaient très sales
les équipements étaient insuffisants
