When I first walked into the lobby, there was this sort of understated elegance that didn’t scream “tourist trap,” you know? The staff actually seemed genuinely pleased to see guests rather than going through the motions, and honestly, that sets the tone for everything else.

What really won me over was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between apartment-style independence and proper hotel service. I mean, having a full kitchen meant I could grab fresh stuff from the local market and make coffee exactly how I like it (because let’s face it, hotel coffee is usually terrible), but I also knew housekeeping would sort me out if I needed it. The apartments themselves are spacious – not just “spacious for a hotel room” but actually spacious. Big windows that actually open, which is rarer than it should be these days, and the kind of balcony where you can sit with a drink in the evening without feeling like you’re perched on a fire escape.

The whole setup works particularly well if you’re staying more than just a couple nights. I watched other guests settle into a rhythm – morning coffee on their balconies, coming and going with shopping bags, kids running around the pool area without that hushed hotel atmosphere making everyone uncomfortable. Speaking of the pool, it’s properly maintained and never felt crowded, even during what seemed like busy periods. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly is half the battle sometimes. The location puts you close enough to the action without being right in the thick of tourist chaos, and you’ll find yourself walking to dinner rather than hunting for taxis. That 8.7 rating isn’t just numbers – you can feel it in the little things, like how the WiFi actually works throughout the property and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train. It’s the kind of place where you start planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

  What could be improved: I was mislead by the pictures in the advertisement, I thought I booked the apparment with the seaview but I received the one with back building view.
  The building has no elevator, the apparment is on the top floor. If you have a lot of luggage get ready for exercise.
  The boiler was not turned on and we managed to get hot water only in the next morning.

  Posizione sul lungomare. La spiaggia vicina è molto bella con un mare fantastico. Ristoranti e negozi ad un passo. La stanza è funzionale con tutto ciò che serve. Non c'è vista mare.
