I mean, you’re technically in Budva territory, but being tucked away in Kamenovo feels like you’ve found this secret pocket where the Adriatic crowd hasn’t quite discovered yet. When I first pulled up – and yeah, there’s actually decent parking here, which is honestly half the battle in Montenegro – I wasn’t sure what to expect from the outside. It’s one of those places that doesn’t scream at you from the street, but once you’re settled in, you realize that’s exactly the point.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, and I’m talking about real space, not that cramped European “cozy” thing where you’re bumping into furniture. The owner clearly gets what travelers actually need – proper kitchen setups if you want to grab fresh stuff from the local market, balconies that catch the morning light just right, and bathrooms where you don’t have to choose between the sink and the shower door. What really sold me though was how quiet it stays, even during peak summer when half of Serbia seems to descend on this stretch of coast. The building’s set back enough that you’re not dealing with late-night street noise, but you’re still close enough to walk down to Kamenovo beach in maybe ten minutes. And honestly? That beach is still pretty under the radar compared to the madness around Budva’s old town beaches.

Here’s the thing about this area that most people don’t realize – you’re getting the best of both worlds. Kamenovo has this laid-back, almost local feel where you can actually find parking near the beach and grab a coffee without fighting crowds, but you’re literally a quick drive from all the Budva action when you want it. The road can get a bit winding if you’re not used to Montenegrin driving (and let’s be real, who is?), but having your own space to come back to after dealing with the tourist crush makes all the difference. Plus, Petar – the owner – actually seems to care about the place, which shows in those little details like having proper Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes and keeping the common areas genuinely clean. With a 9.5 rating, you’d expect it to be some fancy resort, but it’s better than that – it’s the kind of place where you can actually relax and feel like you’re experiencing Montenegro, not just visiting it.

  Location is good right near the Kamenovo beach (that was my favorite for morning swimming). The parking spot reserved right under the apartment that is a huge bonus. The apartment is cleaned every day so it is always spotless. The breakfast each morning is nice and diverse, always includes some fresh fruits. The zone is very clean and silent. Has 2 little markets in a walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for the stay. The host is friendly and helpful.

  My mom and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Everything matched the photos, and it was very clean. The views were amazing, and the facilities were quite good and new. The homemade breakfast was delicious, with something different every day. Our host was incredibly helpful and made sure all our needs were met. The location is convenient, with a 10-15 minute walk to Kamenovo Beach and only 10 minutes to the grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

  The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, and even prettier in person! Spotlessly clean, with an amazing view overlooking Przno and the sea. Comfortable bed. All amenities were at my disposal. A big breakfast was there every morning, each time a different one, right to my door. The hosts were amazing and responsive. I am planning another trip to Montenegro and will be back to this accommodation!
