I’ll be honest – when I first saw it was a 3-star property, I wasn’t expecting much, but sometimes the ratings don’t tell the whole story. The moment I walked in, there was this relaxed, almost residential vibe that immediately put me at ease. It’s not trying to be fancy, and that’s actually its biggest strength.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious – I mean, you’re getting proper living space here, not just a cramped hotel room with a tiny desk shoved in the corner. The kitchenette was actually functional (unlike some places where they give you a microwave and call it a day), and I found myself making coffee there every morning instead of hunting for overpriced café lattes. The whole setup feels like staying at a friend’s place who happens to have really good taste in furniture. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays, even during what seemed like busy periods. I’m a light sleeper, so this matters more than you might think – there’s something about the way the building is designed that just absorbs sound well.

Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, no unnecessary upselling or forms to fill out in triplicate. The staff clearly knows the neighborhood inside and out – they pointed me toward this little grocery store around the corner that I never would have found otherwise, and their restaurant recommendations were spot-on, not just the touristy places everyone suggests. Honestly, that local knowledge made such a difference in how I experienced the area. The whole place has this lived-in comfort that you don’t get at those sterile chain hotels where everything looks like it came from the same catalog. And here’s the thing – while it’s definitely not luxury, everything works exactly as it should. The Wi-Fi actually connects without a fight, the shower has proper water pressure, and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing on the roof. These might seem like small details, but after staying in places where nothing quite functions right, you really appreciate when someone’s gotten the basics perfect. I ended up extending my stay by two nights, which I rarely do, but there was something about settling into the rhythm of the place that just felt right.
