Hotel Description

You know what struck me first about Apartments & Rooms Vuksanovic Ivana? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not – and honestly, that’s exactly why it works so well. When I walked in, Ivana herself was there to greet me (yeah, it’s actually her place), and within five minutes she’d given me the lowdown on everything from the best local bakery to which bus routes actually run on time. That kind of personal touch is getting harder to find these days.

The rooms themselves are what I’d call authentically comfortable – not Instagram-perfect, but genuinely livable. Mine had this solid wooden furniture that felt like it belonged there, and the bed was one of those firm European ones that your back thanks you for later. The bathroom was spotless, with decent water pressure (always a gamble in older buildings), and there’s actually enough shelf space for your stuff, which sounds trivial until you’ve stayed somewhere without it. What really got me was the little details – fresh towels that smelled like actual sunshine, not industrial detergent, and windows that open wide enough to let in that morning breeze. The Wi-Fi worked consistently too, which matters if you’re trying to upload photos or catch up on work.

I mean, with a 9.7 rating, I went in with pretty high expectations, but this place delivers in ways that aren’t flashy – it’s just solid hospitality done right. Ivana seems to know exactly what travelers need before they ask for it. She’ll point you toward the good restaurant that’s not in the guidebooks, or mention that Thursday mornings are quieter at the market. The whole place has this lived-in warmth that makes you feel like you’re staying with a well-organized relative rather than in some sterile hotel room. It’s the kind of spot where you actually sleep well, your morning coffee tastes better somehow, and you find yourself planning to come back before you’ve even checked out.

  They were super nice to us. The flat was in a very good location, near the bus station and the old town. It has everything you need to cook and it was very clean. The view from the flat was also nice.

  Great apartments, very cosy and clean, true Adriatic experience. Ms Ivana is an unparalelled host, experienced and nice. The complex is located nearby tourist center of Budva, but not in the downown itself: you are not bothered by the noise.

  I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the apart hotel in Budva! From the moment I arrived, the owner Elena was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable home away from home. If you need some help Elena is always open to provide it.
  
  The location was ideal, with easy and fast access to the beach and nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the stunning views from my balcony. There is a small restaurant near the hotel with good prices for menu. Very delicious breakfast and dinner.
  
  I would highly recommend this apart hotel to anyone visiting Budva!

  Great location in a wider city center, upto 10 minutes away from beach. Good staff who made sure that the apartment stays clean throughout the whole stay.
  Apartment itself was very comfortable and matching the expectations.
  The price was favorable so the whole impression was great.
